The worst I have seen would have to be Curry Boy. It was at a local indy show, and he had a Curry Man mask and shirt with the man crossed out and boy written over it.

Curry boy? thats awsome, sounds more like a homage than a rip off.
Here in mexico its not hard to find knockoffs, there has been knock off's of kanes and Mankinds straigth up to the names, there has been more than one Novia(girlfriend) of La Parka that was in no way asociated with eiter the real Parka(LA Park) or AAA and thier's and even CMLL's Mascara Purpura went as "Le Parke" in the begining, he obiously was tring to knock off the name but had gear that had nothing to do with it, he just had a neon eifel tower in the midle of his mask and was presumably french...
