Those people were complaining about the brilliant "Jimmy Loves Lacey" segments, and yet they weren't saying a damn thing during all the other "sports entertainment" angles in ROH history, like evil champion Punk. ROH is reliable in this sense: whatever happens storyline-wise and character-development wise, it WILL be reflected by something that goes on in the ring. There's ALWAYS room in wrestling for "sports entertainment" aspects, so long as everything centers around what happens in the ring. |

Because it's a lame payoff to a majorly hyped angle. It's pretty bad when ROH fans crap on a major ROH angle. Tell me how it's lame? Just because 'OMGZA! IT THE CRYME TYME AND THE SIMON DENZA!! THEY IN THE BUILDINGZ!!!' didn't cone out it sucks? What would of really been better? And don't say Machine Guns because there was NO CHANCE of that after they were shown to getting pushed. Well if you looked at what else I said you would know. |
