Still think they could have used Rikishi wiser. Probably, but 'Kishi just wasn't moving around very well at all. Guy looked like he was getting winded two minutes into a match.

I did notice that in his first match, his face was turning purple. Then he wasn't in singles match again until last week's show. Everything was a six or eight man tag.
TNA gave him a chance and just like Andrew Martin he's not up to their standards.
Well he gave it a shot.

Still don't get why he's main evented most impacts after BFG. Still don't get TNA's editing choices.. blah. I didn't get why Test was released, he did pretty damn good in that Six man Chamber of Blood match. Then poof he was gone because of the whole steroid allegations. that's such bs hypocritical crap when Kurt's the champ.

So TNA's using Rain now for a Bobby Roode program? Meh. She's pretty, but she's not a great wrestler. Why not Daizee Haze?

Sorry what I meant was if Team 3D is easily overpowered by the sheer numbers or if the division has to work for their vengeance and basically being made to look like if only the MCMGs had done it they'd have been pulverized. EDIT: Also, if it DOES turn out that Scott Hall is Sting's partner, well then I guess TNA's doing some further retconning and deciding "Intercontinental" means "world" as wel I don't think he'll be it though.

You know, we give TNA alot of crap about who they hire, but you have to admit. When it came to Test and Kishi, they know what the deal is.

I give them no credit when it comes to Test or Rikishi. They should have never been given jobs in the first place.

Sounds like a really good show finally. Now if Fatu is done that would be fantastic. And of course bringing in Scott Hall....well that is just the icing on the cake.

so, if it's really Hall, I really hope this doesn't turn into some sort of nWo reunion thing...
i mean, i really like Hall, don't get me wrong, I'll mark for him, I just fear them pushing the reunion for the cheap pop and totally screwing it up.
Granted, it can't be nWo exactly, but we all saw how Kings of Wrestling turned out, and Sting was way more a part of the nWo than Jarret ever was.

Anyone else feel just so happy to be alive right now? So, we have no Fatu, a push for K-A-Z, The X Division getting revenge with MCMG at the head, Awesome Kong (screw you, I like her!), Scott Hall making a little appearance, either Booker T or Slim Show getting into the main event at Genesis, LAX versus PhenomeNO as the main event for Impact... Good grief. Did TNA Management...just...get a clue?

- This wasn't reported in the original iMPACT tapings report, but taped last night for Xplosion and TNA Today was The Motor City Machine Guns defeating Voodoo Kin Mafia in a match that saw Roxi's interference backfiring on VKM and costing them the match.
- It's believed that Matt Morgan will take over tonight at the TNA iMPACT tapings as on-air Acting GM while Jim Cornette is absent. Cornette is taking some time off to marry his long-time girlfriend on Halloween. The company has been impressed as of late with Morgan's ability to cut promos as well as the reaction he receives from the TNA crowd.

More good news. MCMG's avenge that stupid loss, and Cornette is off TV, if just for a short time. Morgan needs to get in the ring though. ASAP.

I think I'm probably the only one who is cringing at the thought of having Hall come back, for a few reasons:
1) I've never been a big fan of Hall. 2) Let's look at this: Total Non-stop Angle and Kevin Nash vs. Sting and Scott Hall. This reeks of over-pushed and/or long-past-their prime politicking veterans holding back the young talent. Couldn't they have come up with a better, younger choice for Sting to spotlight in the main event? Thereby, giving a great push to someone who is the future? 3) This has the potential to turn into another lame attempt at an nWo wannabe faction, with Hall, Nash and Angle. Sting gets laid out, Angle walks away with the gold, and once again the veterans take the spotlight with an angle that has been overused beyond death. (I really don't see Angle agreeing to being part of a faction that would hold him back, though. But wrestling today is no stranger to stupidity.) 4) This also has the potential to be a non-sensical Russo swerve, where Nash and Hall team with Sting to form a faction against Angle. It's a long, long, long, longshot, but with Russo, sense comes long down the line after shock value.
If it's Booker T, don't even get me started on the whole 'bring in more veterans (read: 'WWE guys') so the younger talent can be buried some more' discussion.
Well, at least they got rid of Fatu. That's a start.

I give them no credit when it comes to Test or Rikishi. They should have never been given jobs in the first place. I agree now. Since they were WWE guys I had never seen them before so I was like, "Ok I'll give them a chance and not just dismiss them as WWE rejects." They sucked, they got fired. They had fewer than 10 appearances combined.
