How can you not care about ratings? If there's no ratings, the network pulls the plug and there's no wrestling on TV. Same thing with companies like Chikara and DVDs.
Otherwise I agree with you besides the TNA better than WWE because we will never agree on that.

Sting, Samoa Joe, & Eric Young went over Kurt Angle, James Storm & Robert Roode clean last night, Gail Kim over Alexis James was also a clean finish. Just saying. On topic, 6-sides is fine by me. *shrug*

How can you not care about ratings? I just don't. Most fans don't. I suppose in theory, I wanted them to be high enough for Spike TV to invest two hours a week, and I wan't them to be high enough to remain on the air. Beyond that I don't really care. I even have a friend who I introduced to TNA just about a year ago who assumed TNA was beating WWE in the ratings. He was surprised when I told him WWE got three times the ratings. He shrugged and said, "whatever." It didn't matter to him. One is a show we like, the other is one we don't so we don't care what they score.

IMO that ring and the Impact Zone just really make it feel like a circus sideshow. I think they try to hard to be big like the WWE but they should just minimize and focus on the story and the matches.

I'm quite a big fan of the six sided ring and would be rather disappointed if they went back to the 4-sides, honestly. Say what you will, but the gimmicks they've managed to milk out of that ring are worth it, as far as they are concerned. Six sides of steel just sounds cool, people!
