TNA's Creative Expands, Abyss Joins The Booking Team

TNA's booking/creative team has recently expanded officially taking on Mike Tenay and then welcoming Jeremy Borash and reportedly Abyss!

The committee now includes Jarrett at the top, followed by Dutch Mantel, then Vince Russo compiling the actual scripts. Tenay and Borash offer a second opinion and Abyss is "sitting in."

This apparently hasn't changed any of the politics and the process continues to be a mish mash of ideas and opinions, each person having their own favorites.

I don't know what kind of experience Abyss has in booking but good for him.

Jarrett: "So that's my idea, what do you guys think?"

that makes sense. i imagine however that abyss just sits in, and only chimes in asking how we can work him bleeding in the middle of the ring into the storyline.

Russo: "I loved that movie! What's Donny Wahlberg up to these days, I was thinking we could make him the X-Division champion."

Abyss, when he was another gimmick, used to book a little promotion that ran here in Indianapolis. Good family shows and they drew about 250 a show, which is good for Indianapolis indy shows. He did well then with local goofs, now he has talent to use.
