If he wants to make less money to work in front of smaller crowds, sure.

You left out the "No one gives a crap" option.

As well as the "leave WWE and stay out of TNA" option.

As well as the "leave WWE and stay out of TNA" option. Well that isn't a realistic option. TNA loves those former WWE guys.... Not to mention Mantell worked most of his career in Puerto Rico for Carlito's dad.

Just think, we could look forward to his "WWE sucks/TNA is awesome" promo where he'll "shoot" on WWE for making him eat apples.

He'll call people by their real names too, because that gets over.

Not to mention Mantell worked most of his career in Puerto Rico for Carlito's dad. Just look at how they snapped up Chris Masters, Daivari, Monty Brown/Marcus Cor Von, The Sandman, Cryme Tyme, Nick "Eugene" Dinsmore, Simon Dean/Nova, Sylvain Grenier, Rob Conway, Renee Dupree, Rob Van Dam, Mitch (of the Spirit Squad), Scotty Too Hotty, Sabu, Big Vito, Joey Mercury, Big Show, Daniel Rodimer, Bill Demott, Tatanka, Rodney Mack, The Gymini, Sylvester Terkay, David Heath (Gangrel), Tony Mamaluke, C.W. Anderson, Danny Doring, Psicosis, Gunner Scott/Brent Albright, Justin Credible, Kid Kash & Johnny Parisi... or not.

That's really funny considering several of those guys have no desire to work anymore... or at least not now anyway.
Let's just put this in perspective...
Raven, Perry Saturn, Ken Shamrock, Ron Killings, Christy Hemme, Dustin Rhodes, the New Age Outlaws, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, the Bashams, all three Dudleys, Jerry Lynn, Justin Credible, Scott Steiner, Gail Kim, ODB, Jacqueline Moore, Angelina Love, Jim Cornette, Vince Russo, Jeff Hardy, Jackie Gayda, Test, Rikishi, Christian, Tomko, Rhino, Booker T, and Kurt Angle. All "WWE rejects". All hired by TNA.
Meanwhile, who has Vince bothered to sign that TNA dropped? Mickie James, CM Punk, Trevor Murdock, Trinity, and Zach Gowan. That's it. Obviously TNA wants what the WWE has more than vice versa. But Vince FEARS~! TNA, dammit!
But back to the Carlito point no matter anyone's personal opinion of him, he'd be hired by TNA. Carlito's dad is good friends with TNA booker Dutch Mantell, who spent half his career in Puerto Rico working for him. Plus Carlito is an established name and a popular midcarder, Mantell is his in that is pretty obvious.

And I'm sure I've missed a few.

Going to TNA should never be an option.
He should stay with WWE and get paid.

No, TNA has had enough bad luck with overpriced "talent" who won't do what they've been paid for. The last thing they need is Carlito's whining lowering their morale.

I'd honestly rather see Kaz get a big push than Caribbean Colonic Irrigation; I don't have to listen to ten pages of Kaz whining about how Daddy pushed him into the business. Give the slot to someone who wants it and has earned it.

Who has TNA scouted and grown on there roster that isn't from ROH or a WWE-owned company? Shark Boy?

Secondly, if we're talking about 'scouted and grown on their roster, then you must immediately remove Raven, Jerry Lynn, All three Dudleys, The Sandman, Sabu, Joey Mercury/Matthews and Monty Brown from the list of WWE guys. And (I type these words on this board at least once a week) TNA did NOT hire Test and Rikishi. They had tryouts and had fewer than 10 appearances combined.

Carlito should leave the WWE and go to Puerto Rico where his father will make him the star.
That is, if he's leaving because he wanted a bigger spot and never got it.

Shark Boy? *Sigh* I didn't really want to get into this argument, but WWE has had a fair share of guys on their roster that didn't start out there. Since I'd be listing way too many to mention I'm not going to get into it. If you think that Snuka, Piper & Rhodes were fresh faces in WWE in the '80s... you may be in for a surprise.
