www.wrestlingobserver.com/wo/news/headlines/default.asp?aID=21116-- Matt Hardy suffered a 7 inch gash that required 35 stitches to lose last night in Kansas City at the TV tapings. He was giving Rey Mysterio a splash mountain and Mysterio's knee brace caught him in the head. He was bleeding buckets and they had to stop the show to change the mat because of all the blood. At this point, his status for Cyber Sunday is uncertain.

I hope he's okay.
But I'm pissed because CW is going to turn the screen black and white during that part.

I could live with him missing Cyber Sunday, maybe just cutting a promo or something, but if this is long-term...Hensley will be pissed!

Usually cuts aren't debilitating for extended periods of time.

Stupid Mysterio. What an asshole. I highly doubt he said "yeah and when you guys give me the knee brace I need to keep my kneecap from vaporizing at a moment's notice, make sure it can slice open Matt Hardy's head" Hopefully Matt can pull through to Cyber Sunday, they'll just have to avoid any hits to the head I guess. Also as previously said it's a gash in the head, Kennedy got one during his feud with Taker and kept goiing (but it probably wasn't as big as this one). As long it wasn't a debilitating injury things'll be all right I expect.

I hope he's okay. But I'm pissed because CW is going to turn the screen black and white during that part. They generally don't do that if the show is first-run I believe. I remember people getting busted open on the show without the filter.

Damn, I hope Matt is alright. Him and MVP have been the best part of SmackDown for a long time now.

If it's an MMA match, MVP will probably go right for his head, and get it stopped early.

Matt Hardy's music says that he can dry up a sea. I think he'll be just fine.

Usually cuts aren't debilitating for extended periods of time. No but he can't wrestle with stitches in. It's too dangerous. If the cut heals enough, they might let him wrestle.

I'm sure they'll add in something that requires no physical activity.
