Joker.
Ghost Rider is pretty much Doctor Strange on a motorcycle.

The Joker only just defeats Ghost Rider --------------------------------- Next up ... Taskmaster - Marvel: Taskmaster is a villain with the power to mimic the physical movements of anyone he witnesses. He trains others to become lackeys for other villains by utilizing the techniques he has learned from his observation of superheroes and participates in mercenary jobs from time to time. He can only mimic abilities he could do himself such as throwing Captain America's shield or fighting like Deadpool, he could not replicate Cyclops optic blast. (Defeated Diablo, Aquaman and Mr. Terrific (Holt)) vs Nightcrawler - Marvel: A mutant of German extraction who originally grew up in the circus. His mother/father is Mystique who abandoned him after a short time as a child. Nightcrawler possesses superhuman agility and the ability to teleport. His physical mutations include blue fur, three-toed and -fingered feet and hands, yellow eyes, and a prehensile tail. This demonic appearance contrasts with his heroic swashbuckling nature and devout Catholicism. (Defeated Silver Surfer, Venom and Hercules) I'm still a fan of the Amazing Nightcrawler!!

Nightcrawler... I like Taskmaster, but he's very much from the "Wolverine" template... y'know, practically unbeatable anti-hero who cusses and smokes and don't giveadamn... too many of those guys, he just happens to be one of the best.

WRONG!'The German, for dah win! Don't get me wrong. 'The German' is one of my favorite X-Men. But since he's already won, and I like Taskmaster a lot as well, I figured the dude at least deserved one vote.

Nightcrawler defeats Taskmaster ------------------------- Up next ... Captain Cold - DC: Captain Cold, also known as Leonard Snart, is a comic book villain of The Flash. He got his name after his parka costume and the "Cold Gun" he wields. A fan favourite, Captain Cold has been the bitter enemy of the Silver-Age Flash Barry Allen and both friend and enemy to the modern-day Flash Wally West. Known for being a sympathetic villain in the Flash's Rogues Gallery, Captain Cold can chat over a cup of coffee whilst planning a heist against The Keystone City Bank over the weekend. Cold began his career shortly after Barry Allen's debut as the second Flash. Cold takes his position as head of the Rogues very seriously. He employs a no-drugs rule (evidenced by his brutal beating of Mirror Master for his cocaine habit), docks pay for senseless violence (a 90% payout cut for the new Trickster's antics with stray dogs and T-bombs), and will kill only on certain occasions (he killed the Top for setting the newer rogues against him and his set of rogues). (Defeated Etrigan the Demon, Multiple Man and Bane) vs Nick Fury - Marvel: He is a James Bond-like spy and leading agent of the fictional espionage agency S.H.I.E.L.D who fought in world war 2 leading the Howling Commandos. The character makes frequent appearances in Marvel comic books as the head of S.H.I.E.L.D. and as an intermediary between the U.S. government or the United Nations and various superheroes. It is eventually revealed that Fury takes a special medication called the Infinity Formula that halted his aging and allows him to be active despite being chronologically nearly a century old. (Defeated Bishop, Jigsaw and Blackheart ) Captain Cold has my vote, better overall character for me.
