matt hardy didn;t elevate him. But it planted the seeds for his character. It came in full blossom when he cashed in the MITB at NYR. Beating the unbeatble number one face champ when he was down, it was the perfect smart heel act. Edge his character is a big coward, but a smart coward. He could lose his title against the likes of Noble, but you know he'll find a way.
I hope he manages to score a win against taker in a highly original way.

I just have to ask, does that one guy still hate Edge with a disturbing passion? I remember someone was going on about how they were boycotting Raw as long as Edge was champion. I thik they did it again when he showed up on smackdown and won the WHC. Is he still on smackdown revolt since december? Warwolf? I don't actually know what happened to him, banned maybe. And I'm certain he still has that undying Edge hate. I dont think he's banned. I remember seeing hom posting something a few weeks back |

I think Edge is far and away the top heel in the WWE. If that doesn't make him "made" what would?
He is light years ahead of Orton who is realistically his only competition.
