I also loved Sherri's speech. She seemed to have a great sense of humor, and came off as absolutely loving being in the business and around those she was talking about. I was actually thinking of her speech and how great it was when I went online and saw that she had died.

No way their going to let Jake on the USA network if they televise it again this year(probably will only because of Flair and the Rock), but would enjoy it if he went all crazy live on tv.

I am pretty much pissed right now. 15 seconds after 10:00, I'm on Ticketmaster's site and they say tickets are not available? WTF?

Here's what I want. Induct Dibiase, but make zero announcement about him getting in. Hell, go so far as to announce that Virgil of all people is getting in. When he shows up, have Dibiase come in and "buy" the HOF induction from him. Dibiase gets in, and we all get a good laugh at Virgil, so it's a win-win situation.

Even if it wasn't at Virgil's expense I think it's brilliant to have Dibiase buy his way in. Talk about Kayfabe baby!

According to Brian Fritz, a very few limited seats are still available for WWE's hall of fame ceremony on 3/29, which takes place at Orlando's Amway Arena. Earlier this evening, Fritz said on the Wrestling Observer Live radio show that Jake Roberts and the Brisco brothers are expected to be inducted into WWE's hall of fame this year. A dark horse name is still legendary annoucer Gordon Solie.
It is interesting to note that TNA is taping Impact Saturday afternoon to avoid going head to head with WWE's hall of fame ceremony, yet Ring of Honor's Saturday night event at the Orlando Downtown Recreation Complex is partially next door to the Amway Arena. In fact, Fritz noted that people attending the hall of fame ceremony and Ring of Honor events will be sharing parking spots.

It is in fact next door to the Amway Arena but they have their own lot in front. When I went to see the FIP Impact of Honor show there, I believe there was a basketball game going on at Amway at the same time. There were still PLENTY of parking spaces (which were free at the time) in front of the Rec Center.

If Solie's not in, I riot...and since Vinny Mac apparently isn't a fan, it looks like Russellville, Alabama is in luck for a good ol' riot.

Mae Young got put through a table.
By Bubba Ray Dudley.
Off a Stage.
If that doesn't deserve a HOF induction, nothing does.

Mae Young is awesome and totally deserves this. She's the only wrestler to wrestle in eight different decades. Beat that.
