Jack Brisco is also BEING inducted, they chose to be inducted as a Tag Team, which is how I see the Steiners being inducted.
Oh and they definitely confirmed Terry Funk, by having the announcement Tomorrow

The next HOF inductee will be announced tonight on ECW.
Is this a clue? Or just "we didn't have time to do it on Raw so we'll do it tomorrow night"?

If that turns out to be correct, I'm gonna be pissed if Funk's induction gets bumped off the main broadcast of the Hall of Fame induction show.

Possible spoiler for tonight's Hall of Fame announcement:
SPOILER ON LATEST MEMBER OF WWE HALL OF FAME by Mike Johnson @ 1:16 PM on 3/18/2008
World Wrestling Entertainment will officially announce that Championship Wrestling from Florida promoter Eddie Graham will be posthumously inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on 3/29 in Orlando, Florida during tonight's ECW on Sci Fi broadcast.
While Hulk Hogan had claimed he would be inducting Graham, it is believed that Dusty Rhodes will do the induction while Mike Graham will accept on behalf of his father at the ceremony.
End spoiler

I figure Terry Funk would be inducted with his brother Dory Jr. since they both tag teamed together in the WWF. I read recently that Dory Jr. is now a trainer for WWE which ties him even closer to the company. I doubt though that they would induct two sets of brothers in one year.

I think the funks are way to different and too important to induct together as one induction.
Dory's Funkin' Dojo has been a huge part of developing talent for WWE. Edge, Angle, CHristian, Val Venis, The Rock, Test...all were given seasoning under Dory

Spoiler Break
Great to hear about Eddie Graham and now with Gordon Solie being possible for the last slot, really hoping a History of CWF DVD is coming up.
But damn, yet another year to wait for DiBiase. Boo-urns on that.
End Spoiler

Wow, this is gonna be a very old school HOF class this year.
Ric Flair Rocky Johnson Peter Maivia Mae Young the Briscoes Eddie Graham and now maybe Gordon Solie
The 80's WWF are getting almost a complete pass here. Interesting.

It seems like they're inducting a bunch of people most fans don't care about so no one can overshadow Flair.

I think it works really well, especially since Wrestlemania 22 they've inducted guys who were big promoters in those cities.
AWA did start in Chicago, then Detroit had Shiek, It makes sense for Graham, especially since he's the guy that gave Hogan and Dusty Rhodes their first shot in pro wrestling.

As far as the Funks go, Dory and Terry both definitely deserve it. Both are former NWA World Champions. I wouldn't care if they were inducted in separate years or in the same year. If it were the same year, then WWE could clarify that they are being inducted individually as well as for their legendary tag team. Someone like Foley could induct Terry and Dory could either be inducted by one of the trainees at Funkin Dojo or a legend like Harley Race or Dusty Rhodes. That way they both get specific induction videos, inductions, and acceptance speeches, yet they are inducted in the same year so as to honor their work as a tag team as well.

too Bad they didn't include Jake Roberts, who was one of the names being tossed around for HOF Inducting.

too Bad they didn't include Jake Roberts, who was one of the names being tossed around for HOF Inducting. Wouldn't look good RIGHT NOW with his drug problems, they wouldn't want to promote it, I'm sure he'll be in very soon. And I've got no problem with this old school class, Solie is probably the one I would get most excited for, considering he was essentially the most pioneer announcer we've ever had. Still, I wish they would mix it up and put a few WWF 80's wrestlers in there too.

Who would induct Solie (JR???) and then who would accept for him?
