Also is their any after the credit scene in this movie? Nope. I stayed and half the crowd did, but nothing.

At the theater I was at, the projector messed up 3 times. So I got out a lot later that I thought I would've. But because we had to wait like 5 minutes on 3 different occasions for the movie to play, everyone got a free pass.

Also, another "ooooooo" moment was during the previews when Bale was announced for the next Terminator movie.

Just got back from seeing it..i agree that Ledger is amazing in this role. The pencil gag was worth the price of admission itself. It takes over in my opinion, Spiderman 2, as the best comic book movie ever made. I just need to see it in IMAX now.

I just got in at 4 a.m. from the midnight showing.
Yes, see this movie. Batman fan, Heath fan, comic book fan or not...you should see this movie.
The place was packed, we had some drunk assholes by us, but the crowd was in stunned silence the whole time. Heath is the new Joker. Me and my friends who saw it with me are just amazed and also very distraught that he will not be back in that role. He made that movie, give him the Oscar, he deserves it over ANYBODY else they nominate in that category.
The movie itself is just, god, I have like no words. It was intense, beautiful, terrifying, tragic, hilarious, and so on. I will definately be seeing this one again. The next installment cannot get here fast enough. However, there is no way in hell they will top this one with Heath absolutely making this movie his. Everytime he was on screen, I actually had a smile on my face, he is The Joker. Jack who?
I might go into this again later, but it's 4 a.m. and I am wide awake with excitement and my heart is racing. I just saw a masterpiece.

This flick.
Was amazing.
...just...brilliant. Everything about it was sheer, pure brilliance. It was basically perfect.
Go see it. Stop what you're doing and go see it right now.
No, I don't give a damn whether they're actually showing it right now or not...do it.

Absolutely, bar none, the best comic book movie ever and one of the best movies I've ever seen.
And I agree that Ledger deserves an Oscar for this one. I never thought anyone would top Jack as the Joker, but Ledger did it and did it great. The pencil gag was awesome.

My favorite part, besides the pencil gag...was when that cop told him that he killed six cops and then that face that Joker made...just cracked me up.
Also, our trailers were:
Tropic Thunder The Day the Earth Stood Still The Watchmen Terminator 4 Mamma Mia

I also JUST got back from seeing it. This whole movie has oscar all over it. Bale for best actor, heath for best supporting, with eckhart also nominated. But of course, Hollywood would never give an oscar for an action/comic book film. Only a special affects one
Jacks joker was great, as well as Heaths, but comparing the two is like comparing apples and oranges. Jacks was more goofy and funny, with a little sick humor thrown in, the way the TV show was. Heaths was more dark, evil and twisted, the way the comic book was. But yes, go see this film. Titanic just sank (pun intended) as the all time box office money maker....mark my words. I did some math, and my 27 screen theater, in ONE showing, just made (ticket price at 5 dollars) $330,025, in one showing.

Oh this movie is making a crapload of money. It honestly wouldn't shock me if this movie breaks $200M in one weekend. It's that hyped and that good.
I seriously hope they let it run long enough to beat Titanic, because it could if they do.
And I have to give props to Bale and Eckhart. Those two also gave awesome performances. The transformation from Dent to Two-Face was amazing.
