-Spyke was said to be nervous in the hours leading up to the Elimination Chamber match at Full House, but calmed down when he met up with Limey and Spaz.
-When asked if he was disappointed in not winning the EWT Heavyweight Title, Spyke had this to say: "Of course I'm not disappointed, it's Spaz's time now. I'm not ready yet. I still have a way to go until I am ready to be EWT Champion."
-Plans are unknown at this time in the P.T.A. vs. Gen. Tech feud. But most in the backstage area were surprised to see Gasoline join Gen. Tech.
-In addition to his indy bookings and EWT work, he has been working closely with his manager, Rachael Leigh Cook in training her and getting her ready for the ring. RLC has been working with Spyke and two trainers several times a week.
*Here are the latest results from Spyke's indy bookings*
4/5- Grand Rapids Championship Wrestling in Walker, MI (Spyke def. Corey James to retain the GRCW Championship)
4/8- Indianapolis Mach 5 Wrestling in Ft. Wayne, IN (Jack Johnson & John Jackson def. Spyke Johannson & Bryan Phillips to retain the IM5W Tag Team Titles)
4/11- WWE Smackdown taping (Spyke vs. Paul London in a match taped for Velocity, went to a no-decision, when Kid Kash & Jamie Noble attacked, Spyke, London, and Kendrick fought them off and celebrated in the ring)
4/12- Grand Rapids Championship Wrestling in Kentwood, MI (Spyke Johannson def. Rhyno, Greg Granderson, and 1337 Pete in a Fatal 4-Way to retain the GRCW Title)
Spyke has decided to cut back on indy bookings and will now only work for EWT, and the occasional GRCW match, since that is where he got his professional wrestling start.
