This is another one of those blasted list threads that keep popping up! It's quite a simple one to work out - there have been 60 IC champions in history and I shall be listing 'em from worst to best according to votes given to me by you, my fellow Crappers.
As was the case with the last 2 of these I did, I'll limit the amount of people per list to 10-25. If you list 10 people, your first pick will get 10 pts, 2nd gets 9 all the way down to 1 pt for 10th. If you list 25, your 1st choice will receive 25 pts, 2nd will get 24, and all the way down to 1 pt for 25th.
I'll collect votes for a week or so (probably less), and then present the results in this thread in reverse order of course.

One day I was bored at work and I tried to list all of the IC champs. The only one I missed was Test. I seriously don't remember it at all.
But you did good to remember 58 of them of the top of your head.
