Just wondering but are The Comedian and Veidt actual superheroes like with "powers"? Not on the Dr Manhattan "Superman" type of levels but more powerful then the average Human type of deal, it kinda seems that way.

Same goes for Blake, as far as I have ever been able to discern.
Also, does anyone know if the animated comic dealie at WalMart has more than one voice actor?

Nah, not superheroes in the definition of having super powers, they're more like straight-up costumed vigilantes.

Veidt's kinda like Batman if his playboy Bruce Wayne persona was how he really was.

My friend who never read the book saw it with her girlfriend who has never read the book as well really enjoyed it. There was a standing ovation from the crowd and she talked to a few people who are fans of the novel said the movie was really good. So I'm faithful

Nah, not superheroes in the definition of having super powers, they're more like straight-up costumed vigilantes. I dunno, as I read it it comes off to me that both Blake and Veidt are a bit more then regular costumed adventurers. Not super powered gods, but something like Captain America super soldier type guys. It would sort of explain why Blake is still on the Government dole and also Veidts "bullet trick"

I'm refusing to see it on the grounds, I've yet to see a good Alan Moore based film and think Synder is a hack. I love the comic too much to have it hurt by some butthead like Snyder.
That said a friend of mine saw it, who knows the comic very well and said it was "ok" but nothing great.

So I'm faithful I'm seeing it next week with a couple of my buds who have never read the book. And I've been pretty much told that I am seeing it in IMAX and I have no opinion about it. Silly peoples ... ;D
