At the risk of sounding like a total mark, am I the only one who would like Taker to stay in character when he gets inducted into the HOF?
Thanks to him being so overprotective of the business and dedicated to his character like no other, I honestly cannot picture Taker breaking character on live television and give a 40 minute speech about his illustrious career as Mark Calaway. I know it's a horrible thing to say but it just wouldn't feel right.

Could always enter the Hall of Fame ceremony on a motorcycle.

Maybe if he hadnt already broken character a bunch of times between 99 and 2004.
What would he do, stand at the podium and not talk for five minutes?

'I accepts this demon's offer, and now I will take all of your souls......and you will...Rest.....In.....Peace' *cue cheap lightning effects striking the stage, causing it to fall over, trapping J.R underneath* J.R; 'Aw BULLs***!'

who knows? But who should induct him? Paul Bearer? OOOOOOOH YEEEEESS! ;D I can see him breaking character, after all most of the fans at the HOF ceremonies are the die hard fans, not the WWE Universe.

If you've ever watched the other ceremonies, he's nowhere to be seen on camera at all.

Well, if Arn Anderson is ever inducted, I'm sure he'll ramble on about the time his cousin Ric Flair and him went to Vegas, Flair picked up five showgirls, and took the Jet back to Minnesota. Although, for Kayfaybe reasons, his last battle causes him to lose his undeath, and he must return to the world as a living man to live out his life with McCool, which settles all the issues wih him.

Meh, he basically broke character on live TV from 2000 straight through 2003.

In character of no, I'd love to see him go up to the podium with his hat and trenchcoat on.

I'll mark if he goes in-and-out character-wise during his induction speech.

Out of character, he's an engaging, articulate guy. In character, it takes him 10 minutes to get a single sentence out.
Screw protecting the business, his speech needs to actually be watchable.

I honestly feel it would be more disrespectful for him to go up there 'living the gimmick' than it would be to step back and accept the plaudits of his peers and his fans as a wrestler, not as a gimmick.

Rather than a speech, it should just be a video montage.
It kicks off with Undertaker popping up over the podium holding a steering wheel, turning and smiling at the audience and saying "Buckle up, everyone!" The camera then cuts to the entire audience making their worst fake-scared look ever.
The chairs could shake and shoot out steam, like the interactive Shrek movie theaters at Universal Studios.
