Big Show is obviously being built for something. He's come off really strong since becoming Jericho's partner.
But what?

I would say probably to be a top heel on Raw, since the only other option at the moment is Orton.
God, Raw's top heels suck.

Ummm................maybe it's just the annual "Push Big Show randomly because there's no one else to push right now" push.

There's no reason to not keep him strong, if for no other reason, a strong Big Show (face or heel) is added depth for the upper midcard/main event scene. If the alternative is booking him in goofy comedic feuds and making him look foolish like they have in the past, it's a no-brainer. Not only that, I think Show and Jericho have tremendous chemistry and play really well off one another. This partnership has made Big Show into a big deal again (pardon the pun) and I think it's a credit to not just Jericho, but to Paul Wight's renewed focus as a performer.
On top of that, since JeriShow (and to a lesser extent, Jericho and Edge) got a hold of the tag titles, they've regained a measure of value and credibility and the writers have done a nice job in making the tag titles something that teams are truly striving for again.

Cena hasn't beat someone bigger than him in awhile.

So he can job to Shaq at Wrestlemania. Wrestlemania will be around the end of the NBA season, and playoff time. Don't think Shaq will be wrestling at mania.

If Cena leaves Raw, then hopefully the Big Show can turn face and face Orton at Survivor Series/Armegeddon, it will be a fresh fued

I don't think that they're building him up as much as they've finally learned to book him intelligently, realistically, and effectcively. I mean, think about it: he's an authentic, honest-to-goodness giant, with over 12 years of wrestling experience, and a year of legitimate boxing training. He shouldn't exactly be getting his ass kicked by the likes of JTG, you know?
(I like JTG; I'm just making a point.)

Hard not to push him. The guy size is a attraction in itself. Big Show seems to always be the guy you can easily build to a creatable threat. Which it good to have someone like that. I hope that build him up for a ME feud. I hope he goes to Raw and gets in the title picture. They need someone other then Orton and Cena MEing or HHH.

They haven't had a dominant, consistently credible, main event heel since Triple H turned in 2006. I mean more in terms of talent. While not at all booked in a credible way, Punk is at least good at what he does. Even if he's much better as a face in my opinion.

For all the flack WWE gets for booking show to job to Cena all the time and the like, it is still worlds better than when they were doing things like having Spike Dudley beat him or having him in a tag team with Billy Gunn.

If he got hurt, they'd be screwed. Big Show has been fantastic, though. I liked his feud with Cena prior to this, but this has been a godsend for him. I love him and Jericho as a team. I like them so much that if I was given the choice of this or Edge and Jericho continuing, I'd pick Jerishow.

He's filming a WWE movie right now, so that probably has something to do with it.

I really just think that Big Show got the tag title reign just so they had something for him to do.
