Can anyone clarify yet if regular submission moves (not SS) can make people tap this year?

A total "HOLY S***" moment: You can tell they're not getting the license back next year.

Kofi's Ranhei apparently is in. Been watching some vids and also seen a Struggle Submission Cloverleaf. The Regal Stretch, Tazmission, Haas of Pain, Celtic Knot/Indian Deathlock, Inverted Figure 4, and Clover Breaker are also all in but aren't struggle submissions. Whether you can still get a tapout I dunno. Also, mystifyingly, Beth Phoenix's Glam Slam is totally wrong. It's a wheelbarrow facebuster followed by a Chickenwing struggle submission rather than the chickenwing slam. Some other things of note- ton of new diving moves. Non-pinning frogsplash, corkscrew splash, 450, shooting star, 3 non-pin moonsaults, a non-pindragonrana, and a new flying wheel kick and flying brain chop. Also in the corner double teams there's a double back superplex, a top rope G9, Shelly and Sabin's Shellshock/dropkick combo and also the Crack Em In The Mouth is in. As well as 2 versions of the Rocket Launcher and a suplex with crossbody. But no more 3D, as far as I can tell. EDIT: And on the downside- back grapples and back turnbuckle grapples have become very limited. No more german suplexes as finishers, or dragon suplex. No back suplex finishers. No super back suplex finisher, no reverse superplex finisher- which only got put in last year. Spider suplex and super sideslam also gone, and no backbreakers from behind as finishers either. No neckbreakers from behind as finishers either, no reverse DDTs as finishers. Same with russian legsweeps, and the russian legsweep-to-armbar. The nifty schoolboy-into-walls of Jericho is also gone as a finisher. I don't get why- I still believe any move should be available as a finisher, whether it be a typical finisher move, or something as mundane as a forearm. Oh, and the Curb Stomp can't be used as a finisher now either. I hate how all this stuff is coming out a week before the game is out Can anyone clarify yet if regular submission moves (not SS) can make people tap this year? Nope. Btw, Ankle lock, tazzmission and regal stretch aren't SS moves, so yeah...

The back and corner grapples were listed as finishers, not ordinary moves. The tag mvoes though, yeah the 3D etc. could well be under tag finishers as the vid just said double team moves.
1 thing I have also noticed though- all these reanimated moves and STILL the wrong Edgecution. Still the facebuster version instead of the actual DDT.
EDIT: As for Goldust, no vids of him but i've seen most of his moves. His sliding/kneeling uppercut, powerslam, Curtain Call, and Shattered Dreams (albeit with no run-up) are all in.

I'm still gonna buy the game, but I'm not gonna be happy about it!....Alright maybe just a little. But someone is getting a nasty letter.

Watching another vid. Large number of powerbombs that have been scrapped. On the plus side, Chuck Taylor's Sole Food is in. Also I was muddled up about the Russian Leg armbar, I thought it was a back grapple. German suplexes, 2 reverse DDTs, a couple neckbreakers, and a russian legsweep are also in front/runnnig finishers, but not back.

Review for the PS2 version if you're Next-genually challenged like I am: ps2.ign.com/articles/103/1035969p1.htmlHere's something very interesting from the article: "This is awesome stuff. There are a few restrictions – although you can go for 10 years in a story, you can only have 55 scenes and 54 matches in one tale – but they're not that big of a deal. Are you going to make a 100-part story all that often? Interestingly, this version has an upside compared to the PS3 version of SVR 2010. Over there, you can only have 10 Created Superstar appearances in a given story. Now, that's 10 "appearances"; if you use two CAS in one scene, that's two appearances. If you used one CAS in three scenes, that's three appearances. On the PlayStation 2, there are no such restrictions. You could have 10 years filled only with Created Superstars if you wanted. Of course, you can only save two stories to each SVR 2010 save file on the PS2, which is a bit limiting." The 10 CAW limit doesn't seem to apply to the PS2(and I'm gonna assume the Wii) version. Now I'm just confused. Now this is what I'm talking about. I can finally have the WWE vs. TNA war that I was hoping for. Also, I don't know if I missed it or if it wasn't there at all, but they didn't mention anything about reduced CAW numbers, so does that mean that the PS2 will support 50 CAWs as well? And will it also feature the Highlight Reel mode?

The Jacknife's still in, the same animation too. I count 3 sitdown powerbombs- 1 with a pin, the spinning powerbomb, the Jacknife, Kane's old powerbomb, a shoulder powerbomb, Jack Swagger's powerbomb, and what I assume was Vader's powerbomb in the '09 DLC. Then there's the 3 tigerbombs and super tigerbomb, and a weird crucifix type thing where the victim is sort of shrugged off and lands sideways. The Razor's Edge, Ligerbomb, running Ligerbomb, and a number of other powerbombs are all out. Speaking of Vader's powerbomb I've seen the Vader splash, Vadersault, and Vader corner hammers. Nice. I hope his Final Cut is in as a trademark move, but he's only done it once on TV this year, so I won't hold my breath. There are 2 Final Cuts in the game- 1 from behind, 1 from the front with a scoop slam lift, so I'd imagine 1 of them would be suitable.

The Final Cut (as in the one done to Santino?) is in Godz. Saw it as one of the front finishers, Suplex Lift Neckbreaker is it's name in the game.
Also noticed you can use the Zig Zag as a normal move. Coast to Coast in as a double team move which I marked for.
This game is going to be great, roll on Friday.

For anyone who just can't wait, the K-Mart by my mother-in-law's house already had the game on sale, so maybe you guys could also have luck at various K-Mart stores. I don't think they're very good with street dates.

And T&C, all those Vader moves have made me incredibly happy. I can only assume that THQ will pull a "Sorry, Godz" and not put his mask in CAW, despite making it for LOWM. PROVE ME WRONG PLZ

So, wait, they finally gave us more back moves, and then proceeded to take out all of the actual back moves?
Schwah?

I'm really impressed by all the moves they've added & re-animated. I also like the moves they've put in by wrestlers in other companies. I think I saw Hernandez's Shoulder Block with the "LAX" taunt.
