Referring to Umaga as the "Samoan Smashing Machine" sometime around his second or third appearance.

An interesting note about the Kennedy comment to the fake Razor Ramon after Hall no-showed TNA; The fake Razor Ramon was played by Georgia/Carolinas regular Phill Shatter, who is currently on-air in TNA as a member of TNA Security.

I know El Dandy got a shout out on Byte This which was a personal mark out moment I remember that! "Do you think El Dandy will win the Royal Rumble?" "NO!" "Wh-...WHO ARE YOU TO DOUBT EL DANDY?" "WHO ARE YOU?" "YOUR MOM!" If WWE decided to bring back Byte This, it would be the greatest thing since sliced bread #2.

One time when Trish Stratus was still new, she came out with Test and Albert and said "This is TNA!" That was about 3 years before TNA had even started, so the only rational explanation is that Trish could foretell the future. I lol'd

In the build-up to ONS 2006, Kurt said he'd take on anyone from a 4-sided, 6-sided or 8-sided ring. And the ironic thing is, Angle joined TNA in September of that year. Also, Stone Cold took a shot at TNA in an interview with David Arquette (which was removed). Finally, on the WWE episode of Deal or No Deal, John Cena made a reference to a "Fallen Angel" (real-life friend Christopher Daniels).

In the build-up to ONS 2006, Kurt said he'd take on anyone from a 4-sided, 6-sided or 8-sided ring. I thought that was interesting since besides TNA having a 6-sided ring, it could have also been a reference to his beef with Puder.

It was Tazz. Well Cole said "Gail Kim making an Impact" and Tazz then said "yeah and speaking of impact, Gail Kim here, with some Non-Stop Agression" I know the Non-stop thing is clutching at straws, but you knew what he meant. Also, not really a nod, but a bit of a steal. TNA had that big build up to the Angle & Joe vs Team 3D match where the World Title, X-Division Title and Tag Titles were all on the line - and then - for no reason what-so-ever, there wasn't any build up or mention the previous week. I think it was either the week before or after the TNA PPV; WWE's RAW main event was pushed as an 'All Champion' match with WWE Champion, Women's Champion and Tag Championship all in one match. No titles were on the line, but I remember Cena tagging with Candice I think. If anyone can remember this match do fill in the blanks. Not much was made of it at the time on here. I can remember Cena teaming with Candice, but I can't remember who the tag champs were. Tempted to say Cade and Murdoch, but that's mostly just a guess. If I remember right, it was WWE Champion Cena and Women's Champion Candice v Tag Champs Cade and Murdoch and IC Champion Umaga.

On Ghose Hunters a few years ago didn't Punk make a reference to his "Fat, Samoan Friend" meaning Joe?
