Just got to thinking about this one - how many times on-air has WWE given some sort of nod to TNA?
I can recall two examples right off the top of my head - Christian's return when Striker declared it "Instantly classic", and the fact that even within WWE Black Hole Slam has pretty much become the official name for the move. Anything else?

Kennedy gave props to a Razor Ramon impersonator for being kind enough to show up
This was the night after (maybe 1 week after) Scott Hall no showed a TNA show.

There was the moment at December To Dismember where Tazz was all 'I don't know what move that is' when Sylvester Terkay did a Muscle Buster and Joey than called as such and Tazz admitted he knew what it was called.

Didn't Stryker also say something about Christian making an "Impact" when he first came back?

It probably wasn't intentional, but when Jeff Hardy came back the announcers made several references to him trying to make an "impact" in WWE.

At ECW One Night Stand 2005, Styles called Kid Kash "Mr. TNA"
Quickly saying afterwards TNA stood for Total Non-Stop Attitude

Back in the awesome 03-05 days of Velocity when Josh Matthews was the play by play guy, every week when Akio (Jimmy Yang) was wrestling Matthews would refer to him as a Korean film star who had been in such movies as "The Flying Elvises" and "The Jung Dragons".
Josh is the man.

Hm. Come to think of it, R-Truth using a version of his TNA theme might count.

In the build-up to ONS 2006, Kurt said he'd take on anyone from a 4-sided, 6-sided or 8-sided ring.

I remember the furore when they described Umaga as "no ordinary Joe" or something like that on their website.

I remember the announcers saying that Gail Kim was making an "impact" upon her return. Now, if this happened maybe once or twice then I would've written it off as coincidence, but they did it for weeks.

Everyone who goes from WWE to TNA bitches about Vince, everyone who goes from TNA to WWE makes an impact.
