Can't recall really.
Last i remember is when Edge put Foley through the table on Mick's last appearance.

I don't know what the right answer is, but I will say this: table spots are becoming less and less likely by the day.

Fingers crossed, we'll see one or two in the Iron Man match tomorrow.

When Christian put Tommy dreamer through the table when they signed the championship match contract? Probably, which was after all all of about three or four months ago at the most. Honestly, am I alone in finding table spots incredibly boring? You see one, and short of something crazy on top of it that's pretty much all there is to see.

...I'd have put a clip of Mick Foley putting himself through a table here, but I can't seem to find it. Pity too; it's probably one of my favorite table spots.

Tables have just a satisfying crunch that you kinda miss once in a while.

At least its something actually happening. As opposed to say, a Hell in the Cell match featuring no actual use of the Cell. Talk about a pointless gimmick that adds nothing to the match aside from making it harder for the live crowd to see whats going on. Table spots are like any other spot. They can be exciting or totally useless. Its all in the execution.

Tables stacked outside the ring + Someone takes a dive out of the ring and through the tables = Still a money spot.

You see one, and short of something crazy on top of it that's pretty much all there is to see. You're not alone. Table spots are terribly overrated. They became overrated through massive, long-term overuse. I have a shoot that Terry Funk and Shane Douglas did talking about how Douglas and (don't know who) were in an ECW main event, and he went to Paul E. and convinced him to ban anyone else on the card from using a table for that night. He wasn't being a prima donna. He simply made the case that if a table spot was merely teased early on in the night, but the table was never used, and nobody else shed blood, then the crowd would be super-hot and super-pissed by the main event. So what WWE is doing is scaling back and making the table seem more special. Now, of course, everyone and their mother does ladder spots. But at least it's a step in another direction.

Don't remember, which is good.
Tables really lost their punch. For instance, when was the last time a table spot ended a match, or started a feud? When the Dudleys first came over, the table spot was AWESOME. When they did it every match.... it lost a lot.
