I have to disagree with the Taker/Hardy ladder match. The whole feud was Taker beating the living s*** out of Jeff every night only Jeff was too stupid to stay down. I get what they weere going for with Jeff continuing to get back up and Taker shaking his hand but ultimately it meant nothing and Jeff went right back to the midcard merry-go-round and wrestling sloppy matches until his inivetiable release. ....But you're from North Carolina! You're supposed to be a Jeff Hardy mark  Yeah, the feud itself did make Jeff look dumber than hell for not laying down, but the ladder matxh in question (helped by a crowd that was on fire and JR reaching into his SCSA markdom for 10 minutes) made Jeff seem like someone worth cheering for, "personal demons" and other things of that nature nonwithstanding. I can bet that was the night that Jeff Hardy becaume a lil more serious in most people's estimation. |

Edge vs. Eddie Guerrero, No DQ Match. The ovation Eddie got after made me think he would go on to bigger things, even if I never saw him winning the WWE Title.

I haven't read this entire thread... so if this match is listed, I'm sorry...
but by far the match that sticks out to me is No Mercy 99 Ladder Match. If somebody told you that during that match you are witnessing 3 future world champions, let alone multi-world championships... you'd have never believed it. Those 4 wrestlers were made the very next night... starting with that long loud standing-O.
