Based solely on wrestling ability? Ultimate Warrior. Eh Warrior had at least two great matches: Vs Hogan and Vs Savage. Khali has had none, so I'd say Khali's worse.

WHC: probably HHH, though JBL was a big stretch but I actually wanted to see him lose the belt WWF/WWE: I would say Khali, but he never held that title apparently. I can't think of anyone right now.

Khali did hold the WHC one, though. Unless you think Triple H is a worse wrestler. Your opinion and all, but I guess me and you wouldn't have the same tastes.

WHC: Rey, only on the grounds of the reason he won it, and the Jobber spree he suffered while holding it. WWE/F: I'll go with Warrior as well.

But it's really a toss-up between Nash and Warrior. I'm not sure which was worse. Granted, Shawn and Bret were able to carry Nash to a few watchable matches, whereas Warrior only had one good match and that was with Hogan at WrestleMania, and even that was good solely for the crowd reaction.

Well Diesel was major over with the fans back in 1995. He does get far to much flack for there major downtime and depression of wrestling as a whole in The New Generation Era' just because he was champion in 1995. Bret and HBK around the same time did not do much better and if you read the ratings and buy rates. Diesels last WWF championship match in which he was in the main event was the WWFs best buy rates for over a year and a half 9including Mania). Also Nash was major over by the time he got to WCW and he was one of the main reasons many fans switched to WCW when NWO formed 9along with the Hogan heel turn and Scott Hall in WCW). Nash was a major part of WCW getting and staying on top for so long. On top of that Nash as champion had great matches against Bret Hart, Owen Hart and HBK when he was on top as well as others Warrior was also major over and as popular (if not more) than Hulk Hogan in the very early 90;s when Hulkamania was still running wild. He was a major draw and again get's torn to shreds by modern day WWE to a degree which is very unfair. He had awesome matches against Hogan, Savage, Rude and Perfect as well as others on his time on top some of them were (same with Diesel) some of the best matches of all time.

And a couple against Perfect among others. Honestly I think many people just watch the WWE DVD on Warrior done a few years ago and take it as be all and end all gospel truth. Without looking into Warrior in WWF further.

There are some rather daft responses in this thread (e.g Triple H, Diesel, Yokozuna, Bret Hart, Ultimate Warrior). All of which have had great matches and all of which were believable world champions with at least certain portions of the general audience. Surely that is the criteria that has to be met when classing someone as a good or bad champion, just my opinion.
My answer would probably be with the crowd, Vince. Though I am tempted to go with Khali as well but I dunno.

I hated Bret Hart as a kid, he was boring to me as champ. I was happy HBK beat him.

I never questioned Nash's drawing ability, since it obviously was there and he was over like rover with the fans, I know. The reason I dislike him is simply because he put me to sleep whenever he got into the ring to wrestle.

Vince McMahon, but if you count actual wrestlers, JBL, The Ultimate Warrior, and Diesel are the three worst world champions.
