seeing as Thanksgiving is over and it is now officially the start of the Christmas season, what is your favorite version of the most overdone story ever. i ask because right now i'm watching Mickey's Christmas Carol, followed by (if i can find it) A Muppet Christmas Carol

There are 3 that I could watch anytime of the year and enjoy. Muppets, Scrooged and Scrooge (Alec Guinness as Marley). The Muppets edge out the other two to take top spot. It's a brilliant film.

There are a lot of good ones but the George C. Scott version has always been my favorite!
Also the musical Scrooge and Rich Little's A Christmas Carol are awesome!

I don't get it. At all. It's kind of a small horse, I mean what am I missing? Am I crazy?

To me my all time favorite version has to be the Alastair Sim version from 1951. It is closely followed by The Muppets Christmas Carol and I remember The Jetson's verison very fondly as well.

Mine is the one with Albert Finney. This is the way to play the part.

Mine is the one with Albert Finney. This is the way to play the part. Although I like the George C. Scott one better, the "Thank You Very Much" song from this version is usually stuck in my head for a week after watching it.
