That looks like a bad neighborhood to put an Insane Asylum in.

That looks like a bad neighborhood to put an Insane Asylum in. Well of course. Joker moved Arkham there. This time 'round, the Asylum is Gotham itself.

Wow, already a sequal? I thought this might be an add on
Isn't that a bit quick? Seems like just a month or two ago that this came out.

How did Arkham move? Did The Joker turn the Frozen Donkey Wheel or something?

Please say I'm not the only one getting a Silent Hill feeling from this. I got more of an 'Escape From New Yorkf feel off it. They are kind of the same, in a way. New York, Gotham and Silent Hill has something in common. The fact that the main enemy is the city itself.

I always thought the enemies in Batman were the murderous psychopaths and supervillains.

I have to say, I'm continually impressed with Hammill's range with the Joker. When I saw the trailer the other day, I really couldn't tell it was him laughing. My first reaction was, "Aw, what? They got a different guy??" Then the growling part kicks in and you realize, yeah, that's totally him.
He's made the analogy that the Joker's laugh should be like a musical instrument with a whole range of sound, and he continues to do an awesome job with it. He's easily the best version of the Joker in any medium (and I include the performance by Ledger, RIP), and in my opinion, one of the best things to ever happen to Batman as a licensed property. Ever.

Maybe they're going to a more future element. Like The Dark Knight Returns or something.

Ever. I picked up right away that it was Hammill's Joker laugh. Maybe because I've been watching a bunch of BTAS but it's definitely him. Which is curious because I seem to recall him saying Arkham Asylum was the last time he'd play the Joker. Anyway, if you look closely at the trailer, there are references to Two-Face (the disfigured posters that say "WE want you"), Penguin (the Iceberg Lounge), and Black Mask (the big "Sionis" sign). Also should be noted that Harley is wearing the same outfit she wore in the original game. I dunno if that has any significance. EDIT: Didn't realise the video above pointed these things out. Sorry.

If the Batfamily doesn't show up skip. Come on Tim, Grayson, Cass, and Alfred.

So I didn't catch the ending when my friend beat the first game, but is there any explanation as to why The Joker has an IV in his arm in the trailer?

If the Batfamily doesn't show up skip. Come on Tim, Grayson, Cass, and Alfred. Alfred's a must, I think, since The Batcave and Wayne Manor will probably be included in the game. I'd love to see Dick Grayson as Nightwing make some sort of appearance, but other than that, I think we're good without over populating the game with support heroes.
