NBC Local News just told me Conan O'Brien probably won't go to Fox or anywhere else because he's "proven he can't beat Letterman." Bias much? On my local NBC news, Sue Simmons told me to f*** off...AGAIN!  |

It doesn't matter, however, since late night TV can become like running from a hungry bear. I don't have to be faster than the bear, just faster than you. Conan would not have to beat Letterman, he just would have to do better for the affiliates than whatever syndicated crap that they air after the news. For that matter, after Leno's rep is hurt like this and the NBC primetime line-up (the lead in for late night and local news) in shambles after the mess the Jay Leno Show made, Conan has a real chance to at least beat Jay. |

I get Conan in an hour. Leno tonight had Sandra Bullock so it was most likely old but he made an NBC joke.
