Don't we do that to everybody? And the same could be said for everyone we claim is sweet, even know we don't know that person could be a jerk.

But here's the thing, Hogan is NOT "continuing" to trash John. He's been asked time and time again about the comments that he made to Nick, and in this interview, he's once again explaining what was said in that private (albeit legally recorded) conversation. Nothing new was said here.

And furthermore, it's not like Hulk was proclaiming the wrath of God here. He inferred that the kid wasn't a saint (and really, who is at that age?), and that God might have "laid some heavy stuff" on him. (I'm not going to get into how I feel on that based on board rules, just repeating Hulk's statement.) And bear in mind that those comments were made to his son, who was sitting in solitary, trying to cope with the fact that he nearly just killed one of his best friends. They were words of some sort of comfort, or to help cope.

I'm not saying I agree or disagree with anything Hulk said, but I think you guys are making a martyr out of him unfairly.
