I'm not really a fan of the idea of HBK or Triple H winning the Rumble to set up either of the two rumored matches we're getting at Mania for a couple of reasons. First of all, we all know Shawn isn't working Tuesdays so that would remove all drama from that match. Shawn however costing him the title so it becomes a grudge match would be great. Secondly Hunter vs Sheamus would probably involve Hornswaggle and Hunter having to protect DX's midget. Fine, I suppose, but not good enough for the title match. Third, I don't think Sheamus is ready for a Mania main event. And finally I'd just really like to see someone new win the Rumble.

Don't want HBK/Taker 2, but Hunter/Sheamus seems ok.

I think those two are some of the stupidest, worst-concocted, Rumored WrestleMania matches of ALL TIME~
But yeah. Hope they don't happen.

Don't really want to seeHBK/taker II, but would love to see HBK win the rumble and tie the record

Honestly, if these do somehow wind up being the headlining matches of Mania, I will not watch the show.

I would like to see Taker-Michaels for the belt. And better yet let Michaels take the belt off of him and end the streak.
Do i think the streak needs to or should end? No, but I would mark hard for this. Shawn deserves another run with the belt. And I dont buy into that whole "let a young guy go over Taker and get the rub" because if WWE has taught us one thing over the last couple of years its that defeating someone does not get you over anymore. And if a young guy defeated taker and ended his streak then they would probably be depushed 6 months later when creative didnt have anything for him.
So let Shawn win the title or dont..hell i dont care

Only way I want to see HBK/Taker is if they have HBK turn proper heel, because that's the only way the match and the build up can be different. They won't ever top what they did last year so there's no point trying - they have to do something different.
HHH/Sheamus will be cool, as long as it's not for the title. Surely it's Kofi's time, and the belt doesn't need to go on HHH again. Seeing if Sheamus can beat HHH will be intriguing to say the least, because we will know that if he does, he truly is here to stay. Just please not for the title.
Orton/Kofi and Cena/Batista as title matches please.

I'd only want to see HHH/Sheamus at Mania if HHH does the job. He doesn't need another title run, and it would be a tremendous rub on Sheamus if that were to happen...which is precisely why HHH will go over Sheamus at Mania.
Taker needs to drop the strap between now and Mania, this way you can have the illusion of three main events. Just make the Taker match the third last in the show, with the championship matches after. Or, make it second last, with HHH/Sheamus being third last, so it will give people time to cool off before the end.

First of all, we all know Shawn isn't working Tuesdays so that would remove all drama from that match. I don't think he was supposed to be working Tuesdays last year and he ended up doing some of those promos and pre-taped segments during last year's buildup.

Honestly, if these do somehow wind up being the headlining matches of Mania, I will not watch the show. I must be alone in wanting to see a well built "who can stop Shamus.......HHH can" storyline I can't help to shudder at all the smark snark flying all over the board if that ever happened. And from Haitch himself, ugh.

I must be alone in wanting to see a well built "who can stop Shamus.......HHH can" storyline If it was non-title, and Sheamus actually won (or at least looked credible), I'd be all for it. But c'mon, not going to happen.

First of all, we all know Shawn isn't working Tuesdays so that would remove all drama from that match. Is the belt fixed to Smackdown, or does it go with the champion? What I mean is, the outcome of a Shawn win isn't necessarily "Shawn goes to Smackdown", but that the belt goes to RAW. Which presents its own problems, obviously, but the drama remains in the match. I'm not convinced that Shawn and Taker are actually going to have another match, though... I think this whole obsession with Taker thing is just a tool to break up DX (Shawn gets his intensity back and wants something badly enough that he'll screw over/otherwise abandon Triple H somehow to make it happen).

Seeing as Vince said he wasn't going to book the match and that if HBK wanted it so badly he had to make it happen, I presumed he would be winning the rumble and picking Taker as the champion he wants to face.
