According to the Torch, it got a 1.38 rating (rounded up to a 1.4) with 1.87 million viewers.
The viewers isn't the top ever on Thursday, but the rating beats the previous 1.34 record from 19th Mar '09 (headlined by the Sting-Angle empty arena match).
Hours were 1.46 and 1.30.
First quarter got the highest, a 1.51. Lowest quarter was the seventh with a 1.22. Final quarter rose, up to a 1.30.
Two things from this...firstly that so far that extra .2 ratings point or so is holding pretty good for the Hogan & Bischoff era.
Secondly, no matter how dumb a lot of people including me may've felt the Orlando Screwjob was, it does seem to have gotten more people interested and Bischoff was right about that.

Terrific stuff. Must have been a substantial drop-off in the second hour, but that's still a great overall number.

Kudos, TNA.
The show gives me even more of a headache now, but it's good that wrestlers have more than one stable (mostly stable, anyway) place to work.

Not bad. I was expecting a drop-off after the "anything can happen" shows they did earlier this month.

Overall is good and all but, losing .2 to .3 over the course of the show cannot be good.

Looks like the Hogan/Bischoff era is at least sparking interest.
Good sign. Hope it continues.

Overall is good and all but, losing .2 to .3 over the course of the show cannot be good. They've always done that. Before Hogan and Bischoff came in, their final segment (main event) was almost always their lowest rated segment of the show, which obviously wasn't a good sign. Since they came in, the final segment has been averaging in the 1.3 range, usually higher than the segment before it. But the second hour overall has still been averaging lower than the first hour. The same thing has been happening with RAW lately too, with the second hour averaging lower than the first hour. Now, if only TNA can get some of these record viewers to actually order the PPVs!

Good for TNA getting the ratings up, but losing viewer suggest that they just wanted to see the Screwjob stuff, then they left for the most part.

I'll be honest. I don't know what to think.
The Wrestling Fan in me is happy that TNA is getting some good ratings for the young talent there and the fact there may finally be competition
The TNA Fan in me who's been so disgusted with the past few weeks wants to see nothing but failure and ratings of 0.7 or less because the last thing I want to see is more Jordan, Nasties, Screwjobs.

As noted earlier, last night's Impact did a 1.4 cable rating - a 1.16 in M18-49, a .84 in P18-49, a 1.01 in M18-34, and an average audience of 1.9 million viewers.
- TNA ranked #3 in M18-49 behind USA (House/ Burn Notice) and TNT (NBA basketball).
- The Qtr hours were 1.51, 1.46, 1.44, 1.43, 1.42, 1.27, 1.22 and 1.30 ----------------------------- 1.51 Bischoff, Hogan, Foley segment in the ring. 1.46 Anderson interview, Wolfe vs Morley 1.44 Hernandez vs Daniels 1.43 Beautiful people vs Kong, Hamada, Tara 1.42 Angle, Hogan segment in the ring, The Band attacks Angle 1.27 Motor city machine guns, Kendrick vs Generation me, Amazing Red 1.22 Williams vs Amazing Red in a short match, backstage segments with Bischoff/Foley and Bischoff/Flair/Styles 1.30 Mr Anderson vs Jarret
A poster from another board, I'm not sure where Team 3D/Nasty Boys segment belongs.

Right after ratings came out for 1/4.. I did a comparision based off percentages for what Impact's ratings would likely look like based off Nitro's numbers. I believe I'm right about on target..

I'm glad the ratings were good. I haven't personally been overly excited about the last couple of weeks, but at least people are watching which is good overall.
