Anyway, after Ziggler beat Khali, it was set up for a leave of absence... ending with him (via Ranjin Singh) stating that he will go for the World Heavyweight Championship upon his return.
Um... was I suppossed to talk about something else?

As for the rest of the show, I can't see Shad getting anywhere on his own. He seems like the kind of person who lacks charisma and is average at best in the ring, very much similar like Ezekiel Jackson.

Just noticed the great irony of this cash-in - it's on the man who invented Money in the Bank on TV. Gives Jericho a reason to rue his own creation.

Oh wait they were an over face team instead of a Conway Popped Heel team so this is somehow good

Anybody know who the hell won between Jericho and Edge. No-one did, the match is next week. Anyone else notice that Jack Swagger's Twitter pic is him standing in front of the Welcome to Las Vegas sign? That should have been a hint...

Another bit not mentioned, when Swagger goes to the back to boast about his title win, Mickie James is in the room no-selling him. She's thinking more about the Cryme Tyme split.

Ok, so you don't like Swagger. I don't like Sheamus so I know how you feel. Smackdown roster though, I think if given the chance Jack has comparable charisma/in-ring skill to Punk, Jericho, and Edge who are the standard bearers on that show now. The guy is a hybrid of early Angle and Lesnar. He's going to be huge.

Swagger is a natural jerk and this could work, but we all know the history of how this works out. I am hoping they give him a Bradshaw type run that would establish him huge. I too wish for him to be booked like Bradshaw but I want him to be as goofy and corny as early Kurt Angle. The problem is if they do give them a JBL run they need a new babyface to gradually boost up the rankings to be the Cena to Swagger's JBL. Perhaps the Cryme time feud is going to lead to JTG breaking out as the new face of Smackdown??? Also now that they made Swagger champion I'm totally expecting Santino to get a run with the World title at some point. I believe he would be the top merch seller the day after he wins the title. And at this point no one is more family friendly then Santino. Hell a extremely goofy heel Santino champion versus the ultra-serious Stone cold Randy Orton could be a pretty entertaining feud.

They have been trying to elevate R-Truth to the ME for some time now, this is that time. It's either him or Morrison really. Or as someone else said, maybe you move Orton. Please, just anyone but 'Taker. He's already got his whipping boy in Punk, I don't want him taking Jack along for the ride too.

Swagger as champ? I like the dude but they'll put the title on anybody these days huh?
It's good that they're pushing someone new, but does it have to be hot-shotted world title reigns? I mean, he's gone from spinning his wheels in the lower midcard to world champ. It's a huge gamble, one that I hope pays off, but could work out badly.

Here's an even better video of Swagger winning: Pretty good video showcasing what happened. That was quick. Of course, two questions: 1. Is Jericho injured, and... 2. What the hell are they going to down with Swagger now? With Swagger, they could've justified it with a strong year, but they mostly squashed him or booked him nowhere in 2009.

For those who were talking about it earlier, not sure if it was mentioned. By the technicalist of all technicalities Batista is still a Smackdown superstar. Similar to how HHH was on Smackdown until the draft despite feuding with Orton over the title and the entire feud taking place on Raw. They won't make Batista's move official until after the draft I suspect. www.wwe.com/superstars/smackdown/batista/

Wow, the crowd was so eager to see Swagger win the belt. Not sure if anyone said this yet, but if you listen closely, the crowd is chanting "RING THE BELL! RING THE BELL!"
