Promo Videos That Give You Goosebumps/Tears

WWE may have the greatest video team of any company I've ever seen, honestly. And that includes people who make recap packages for network television and a lot of people working in making trailers today. What are some promo videos that give you goosebumps or reduce you to tears?



This is my favorite package WWE has ever done. There's just something so jarring about seeing the Bret Hart I grew up loving in the WWF in the new, somewhat alien WWE. But much like hearing Darth Vader say the name "Padme" at the end of Revenge of the Sith connected the two trilogies for me, just this perfect little historical dip into the past, with the Bret I knew and loved alongside the Bret of today. It gave the feud emotional weight, especially since I absolutely adore the song too. Although I think it would have been awesome if they'd used "The Wrestler." That song IS Bret Hart, in my opinion.

Also, the Orton/Cena history package from Bragging Rights. Song is from the same band, to boot. Just great stuff.

And I know this is cheating since it's a fan video, but I saw this not too long ago and I suddenly, inexplicably found that tears were rolling down my face by the end of it.

It was a fan video for the HBK HHH HIAC match from 2004. It was about ten minutes long, and had Johnny Cash at the end, but the way it built up was insane. It started with this awesome sombre irish folk style music as a prelude to the match itself, and was just phenomenal. Got taken down off youtube though. Id be shocked if someone knew what i was talking about

I was also at WM 20, the opening video did nto bring me to tears, however Undertakers return nearly. It was absolute honor to experience that.

The one video that gives me goosebumps is the opening of wm 19

There's plenty of promos that gave me goosebumps, but Stone Cold's HOF induction video was the only one that got me close to watery eyes.

If only the WWE wasn't so anal and kept it on Youtube.

Lonely road of faith by miles, a brief history of the company up until 2002, once Andre's face came on and the song went "and I realise one thing, how much I love you" I was choked up.
Seeing the different generations all doing the same thing (face-offs, lifting the belts etc) were the highlights.
