I hope that Cena/Mickie thing isnt true, because that's a real rough break for Mickie if true.

I doubt it. The bus explanation sounds much more probable.

Not really a rough break, well, literally a rough break I suppose.
If it is true, he was engaged and she enabled him to cheat on his fiancee; they are both as bad as one another but there is no way WWE is going to put the cash cow at risk, and so I don't have much smypathy for her on that count because she must have realised that.

Considering Cena has supposedly been in a long term relationship (and is now married) to another woman, I'm not sure Mickie's entirely the innocent victim in all this. Like, I said, whether it's McCool or one of the fifty or so divas Batista has dated, I usually question these women dating main eventers. Because it's not like they aren't going to get anything from it.

Its an absolute disgrace that Sheamus and Jack Swagger became world champions in WWE, but one of the most talent in ring guys they ever had in Shelton never got a shot. He will shine wherever he goes.

Still isn't cool to move in, or let a guy move in on you, when in that situation.
Like I said, both as bad as one another, and both should have known better.

And Cena himself has said he's only home for a few days a month, and there was one year he worked out her never had a day off. Under those circumstances, it's pretty hard for a guy to stay faithful. Not impossible, but difficult. It honestly sounds like she was punished for not being a good enough mistress. Which is kind of hilarious.

I've never liked the logic that says that these men are white knights and these horrible, evil women forced them to cheat on their wives or girlfriends so they deserve to be punished for their misdeeds.
Seriously, girls in WWE, don't date your co-workers. It hardly ever works out and most of the time you're the one who is going to get the crap end of the stick when things go sour.

Word is that Mickie wasn't just merely doing her hair and being marginally late during the European tour, she was going to clubs every night and getting drunk. I think she wanted to be released.

It's WWE cash logic.
Batista and Cena make them more money than Vampire girl and Mickie.
Guess who will get the bad end of the deal in any break up?

That, or she was just having a bit too much fun/drowning her sorrows if the Cena stuff is to be believed. Why would you want to be released on bad terms before you have any idea where any post career would go? That makes no sense.

We watch them on TV for years, yet cannot create a "Tribute to ____" thread to discuss the memories without it getting locked? Congrats on having the most over-moderated forum on the Internet.

Which is kind of hilarious. I have no problem believe something like this may have happened, but see no reason to outright presume that it did. Could've been a number of other ways it could've gone down that would still leave issues. It's probably the most likely scenario, but still. You definitely have a point about the women dating the men of WWE. You think they'd start clocking on that this never turns out well in the long run.

Because it's not like they aren't going to get anything from it. I dont think she is innocent either, I just think that if this is true, it's sad that Cena has essentially got her fired, because he cheated on his fiancee. Either way, I think there wouldve been more real news about it had it been the reason. After all, remember how Lita/Edge broke out? And this wouldve been MUCH bigger given Cenas status in 08/10 and Edges status in 2005. I think its a combination of her weight, decreased performance in matches, singing, and the tour bus story is an excuse, not a reason. I mean that in the WWE have just been waiting for her to put one foot out of line again so they could can her justifiably rather than just out of the blue. Personally I'd can the Bellas, Kelly Kelly Kelly....Kelly, Savannah and Rosa Mendes, and just raid SHIMMER for their best looking women. But then again, unlike the WWE bookers, I have an interest in womens wrestling. After all, these are the same people who left Beth Phoenix off TV for a while because they wanted to focus more on the "Bikini style" Divas. There are hot women, and there are hot professional wrestlers. We know where else to look for hot women.

From the stories, it sounds like she got a bit too upset when he got back with the fiancee and got married, got sent to SD, was still moaning about it, and now she's gone. She got herself fired as much as he got her fired if we are following that logic.

Probably would've been better if the subsequent "Tribute To _______" threads weren't obvious mockeries of the first one.
