Let's see
1. He showed up. 2. He had good matches with both Edge and Randy Orton 3. He dropped that awful look he was going for on those myspace pics that were going around. And looks sort of normal now.
Maybe Jeff has turned over a new leaf, eh? Or is that just wishful thinking?

It's only been 2 weeks. He's got plenty of time to screw up again.

Makes me sick. I know. Look, I doubt Hardy reads the WC boards or anything so it won't affect him personally, but it's still not very nice for people to anticipate him falling off the wagon again. Maybe he's changed, maybe he hasn't. No need to make a bunch of snide remarks. Do wrestling fans enjoy watching a wrestler's downfall or something?

As it's been stated, it has only been two weeks.
That being said, he's looked good and he seems like he has things straighted out. So far, thats all you can ask for.
I can understand people being doubtful about Jeff and his ability/desire to stay clean, but it does seem like there are those who cant wait for him to fail. That's kinda sick.

I really don't like Jeff that much but, I defiantly have to give him props. he dressed like old school hardy which was pretty cool. and it doesn't look like he is phoning it in. it looks like he is putting effort into his matches again.

If has drug problems or had drug problems that is fine. That is tough to overcome. But the real problem i have with Jeff is no showing. He only had to work one night a week in TNA and he still couldn't be bothered to show up.
But then maybe he never really cared about TNA and only wanted to be in WWE all along, so now he might work to the best of his ability now he has a second chance. And if they give him the IC belt at Unforgiven (which i think they will), it might give him more motivation to stay on the straight and narrow.
Who knows, you could be right.

it's funny because the same people who won't give Jeff Hardy a chance are some of the same people who get on everybody's case when a negative Eddie Guerrero comment is made.
everybody deserves a second chance, guys, and as long as he's entertaining in the ring that's all we can ask for.

Every single Jeff thread some idiots have to bring up drugs.
"How long till he doesn't show up and gets released for drugs?"
Give over will you? People can recover from addiction and he can change his life, and I believe he has. He looks good, he can still do his job and obviously Vince seen some kind of change to hire him back.

Bingo on the last line. Vince isnt an idiot. He knows Jeff has had his problems and with the wellness program, he wouldnt hire him back unless he thought Jeff was going to be dedicated to taking advantage of a second chance.

What so people would have preferred it if Eddie had fell off the wagon again, never created the lie, cheat, steal gimmick and never been world champion and then O'D somewhere? Some fans revel in a wrestlers downfall. Most don't though.

I do not revel in anyone ruining their lives with drugs and such. I wish Jeff would clean up his act permanently. Maybe he has. If so, good for him.
But I'm also not foolish enough to believe he will, just like I wouldn't if Scott Hall suddenly showed up sober.
