I'm telling you guys, the whole "They" thing is just voices in Abyss' head. It's the ravings of a madman. But why the video package of Abyss discussing "They" with the various ECW guys being shown, as if to indicate that the group is "They?"
Just let Abyss eat a Van Terminator on Aug. 12 and move on to something else. I'm not sure what that something else is for RVD at the moment, however.

I still don't get why they are going to do a ECW style Impact after Hardcore Justice since it's suppose to be a one time deal.
I still think TNA should just make Abyss vs. RVD for the world title the main event at Hardcore Justice.
They should also use other TNA talent for Hardcore Justice as well because I just don't see the whole ECW only thing working. But that is just my opinion.

WAIT WAIT WAIT! I'm really getting sick and tired of all of this confusing bullshit that NO ONE can get their hands around. TNA does this crap ALL THE TIME with no explanation and this one REALLY bothers me.
Is it pronounced "X-avier" or "Zavier"?

Am I the only one that's going to mark for Raven/Dreamer? I don't care how broken down they are... years later, I will still mark.

Is it just me, or do the two sets of spoilers kinda go against each other, or at least don't match up a lot?

Ya know, I know they get a lot of grief for seemingly emulating late-era WCW, but come on! That's just asking for the comparisons now! Even if it's a great idea and it turns out some amazing matches, it still feels like a stupid move to me. As far as who 'They' is, at this point I'm expecting it to be the TNA originals, if only to see if they go with the idea Lance Storm pushed in his writings...

I'm glad it's the TV title now. It's one of those things that was going to have to be an awkward conversion but I really think if they have it defended every week starting next week it'll really wind up being something good. As for the rest of the spoilers I LOVE continuity between Dreamer and Raven...it's like...my bread and butter. Sounds like a decent show, no horrible matches, noone blows up, no stroke victims winning titles, I'll give it a shot.

Is it just me, or do the two sets of spoilers kinda go against each other, or at least don't match up a lot? I didn't really notice anything standing out about the two. The latter is definitely more detailed so it may just seem different, but the results and what not all seem the same. The second set painted a slightly more coherent picture at least.

Yeah - I think that title name is pretty common. Honeslty I could care less what they call it - its more how the title was handled that bothered me. When it was the Legends/Global there was nothing "Legendary" or "Global" about the matches or title holders. Its more about HOW they use the title than what its called. It could be called the "iMPACT Title" for all I care - as long as they at least put some gravity behind it like they have the World Title as of late. The top 10 rankings - while convoluted and nonesensical in its creation and picks of who are in the top 10 - at least has the potential to create a few storylines that aren't asinine.

Plus the first guy missed all of the opening promo, which did set up a few things.

One thing is curious to me beyond these iffy sounding tapings. Are they seriously going to have Angle main event BFG? That would require jobbing another 6 guys out to him in the next 2 months or so, maybe even sooner than that if they want him vs. RVD to have any semblance of a build.
Think about this. Are we supposed to think Angle is going to run roughshod over everyone on the TNA roster without a single loss? What kind of top 10 is it if a guy can easily beat everyone in it? We know Angle is eventually going to get to the title match, but the journey needs to be more compelling than "Kurt beats this guy, then this guy, etc." Let's have him lose to someone and take time off to re-evaluate, or maybe do an injury angle. Something besides him beating AJ, Lethal, Anderson, Joe, Hardy, and Abyss without breaking a sweat.
Oh, and get rid of the goofy "If I lose I will retire" aspect of this angle. It kills all suspense since we know Angle isn't jobbing if that's the case.

Throwing a spanner in the Kurt Retirement Run could certainly make things a lot more interesting, but I think it is just planned as a straight winning run until his big title shot.

I was originally thinking RVD/Angle was the only option for BFG but, I have an alternate thought I though I would share.
Hold of on Angle v. Champion until Final Resolution. I'd build a feud between him and Fortune for BFG. He's already beaten Kaz and now he's after AJ, I'd have him look like he is going to beat AJ until Kaz attacks. They do a few more matches where one or the other get involved until Angle recruits an ally (I'd go with Wolfe since Fortune rejected him but, TNA has other plans so I am clueless on who. I am still going to use Wolfe for my example though). By this point Beer Money has won the tag belts and dispatched of the Guns and they now bring the numbers advantage back to Fortune.
Now we're at the PPV before BFG. We have Fortune v. Angle, Wolfe and 2 mystery partners who are revealed to be Haas and Benjamin, the World's Greatest Tag Team. Team Angle wins after Kurt pins AJ giving him another spot in the rankings. On the next Impact Angle goes for his next spot when Flair jumps him and costs him the match. Ric is angry at Angle for making his Fortune look like chumps and not showing him respect. Angle then says isn't going to quit but, knows he must put his quest on hold until after he rids TNA of Flair.
So at BFG we have Flair v. Angle, Wolfe v. AJ, Beer Money v. WGTT and Kaz is either vying for the X Title or they claim Angle's team took him out with an injury.
For the World belt it's either RVD v. Hardy or RVD v. Joe depending on Jeff's legal situation.

A few thoughts upon reading these. Am I the only person to notice the coincidental last name of the first Spoiler guy? That is laughably awful. "EV2.0" is seriously the best they can do? It ranks with The Band as oddest name they use for legal reasons. Young seems like the guy who never gets anybody to Book him longer than 3 months, because it never stays the same for long. Renaming it The TV Championship is not a bad idea because it makes it sound like it defiantly belongs there. I feel Angle's retirement idea makes sense because starting out at the bottom was his way of proving he still had it. And if he doesn't, then he doesn't want to kid himself. Morgan would've been better off with The Mafia security wathing his back. Why do I feel like Dreamer and Kaz are their groups respectful Jobbers? Though I'm glad Dreamer and Raven still hate each other.
