Yeah. And I say that without any irony, maybe just out of sheer curiousity.
I really don't get the massive hatred these two receive. I don't see anything wrong with their acting per se, so is it just alleged "overexposure"?

I would. I don't give a flip one way or another about Michael Cera, but outside of his early Disney stuff I've enjoyed everything that Shia LaBeouf has been in, so I'd give it a look. Maybe as a rental only, though, just because buddy cop-type movies aren't usually my thing.

Add Malcolm McDowell as their hard nosed captain and a cast of villains including John Malkovich, Christoph Waltz, and Stellan Skarsgard, and I'd give it a viewing.
