I have a feeling most people would pick The Rock, so I ask who is the runner up? For me, It's Scott Hall. Just something really funny about him, without trying too hard.

Chris Jericho was pretty funny from about 2000-2004/5 or so. Batista has been unintentionally funny since jumping to the ME. Stone Cold's comedy skills are usually forgotten...and I'm not just talking about his singing. Watch the Cause Stone Cold Said So tape or DVD and try not to laugh during it...

Piper walked a fine line between funny and grating, but that was his character.

Angle between 2000-2002, Roddy Piper though I personally think he became more hit and miss when he became a face in the WWF onwards, Austin in 2001 and on occasion afterwards, and JBL said things that made me laugh even more than any of the Rock's entertaining promos.

It's a close-run thing between Santino Marella and 2004 Eugene for me...

Just my personal preferences --
Don Muraco from the mid-70's through his WWF Intercontinental championship days.
Runner up - Jackson, Tennessee's favorite son, Phil Hickerson.
