Just stepped away to watch the UK game I DVR'd so I could catch the playoffs. Naturally, they lost too. All FOUR teams I was rooting for today in the games I watched laid total eggs. Trying to think of worse days in recent memory personally as a sports fan, but I'm struggling for it.
On a funnier and somewhat sad note, I just realized where I am in playoff picks. I correctly said Steelers over Cardinals in the Superbowl two years ago. Since then, I'm shut out. Missed all 11 games last post season. All wildcard games, divisional games, title games, and superbowl. Now this post season I'm 0-2. 0 for my last 13. Uh, damn.

I guess as the local Jet fan on the forum, I have to say it: Suck it Peyton. We finally kicked your ass and now you can join your brother on the golf course. J-E-T-S all the way Having said all that, I fear the Pats game is gonna be another blowout by New England and I have to suffer hearing about how Tom Brady is the greatest QB in the history of the universe for a few more months. Manning: 18-26, 226 YDS ,1TD Sanchez: 18-31, 189 YDS, 1INT Yeah, Sanchez REALLY outplayed Manning tonight.

I think that the Ravens and the Eagles are going to win tomorrow. I would love to see Philly coming to Atlanta in the NFC championship game.
Anyone who is so angry at the NO-SEA game that we should re-seed the playoff seeding, keep in mind that everyone was proclaiming that the Saints were back after beating Atlanta just a few weeks ago.

Well I said Chiefs and Eagles, so bet the house on the football A-Rod and I'll go cry in shame, lol.

I bet Rex Ryan's wife will reward him tonight by taking off her socks.

Jim Caldwell cost the Colts the game with that stupid timeout that allowed Sanchez and the Jets to regroup I hate to do so, but I agree. Without that timeout Sanchez does not get the play given to him to take Edwards at Lacey. Folk might have to kick a 50 yarder instead of the one that he did.

I bet Rex Ryan's wife will reward him tonight by taking off her socks. What, that doesn't happen every time the Jets win? Wonder what would happen if they won the Super Bowl? Edit: Will she soak her feet in wine?

Alright, this is kinda weird, so I thought I'd share. A few days ago, I ordered some jerseys online, but I'm cheap, so I got jerseys of players no longer with those teams because they sell them for a lot less. I received them today, and thought not much of it. But I just realized that all three players whose jerseys I received won today, and all made key plays. Here are the jerseys I got:
Marshawn Lynch (Seahawks, got Bills jersey) Braylon Edwards (Jets, got Browns jersey) LaDainian Tomlinson (Jets, got Chargers jersey)
Ironically enough, both my picks went against both of those teams.

Bill Polian must be insane if he couldn't find anything wrong with how his defense played tonight.
