CSN Philly's Reuben Frank confirms that Eagles OC Marty Mornhinweg is on the Browns' list of candidates to interview for the head coaching job. Atleast there's actually wind in Cleveland. I'm sure some will get that lol

Sources with knowledge of the situation tell the Washington Post that the Redskins are "highly unlikely" to release Albert Haynesworth this offseason, and are more likely to shop him for a draft pick. According to ESPN.com's Pat Yasinskas, the Panthers have already decided to select Stanford QB Andrew Luck with the No. 1 overall pick if he enters in the 2011 NFL draft. Selecting Luck would be a concession by Carolina that Jimmy Clausen was a waste of a second-round pick. The Panthers are without their 2011 second-rounder after flipping it for receiver project Armanti Edwards in last year's draft. Rotoworld honestly they should take Luck and trade Clausen I mean, there's gotta be at least one team that would want him as a backup......right? maybe green bay if we can't keep flynn around. you have to assume that the offers will be rolling in after green bay nearly beat the patriots.

NFL Network reporting that the Bengals have re-signed Marvin Lewis. MGH, I'm so sorry. I.........I...........I'm so sorry man. I now fully expec Palmer to be back enxt year to add the cherry on top of your crap sundae If I was a drinker, I'd be hitting it right about now. Already got word two weeks ago that no ifs, ands, or buts about it, Palmer WILL be back next season and will be the starting QB. This franchise would rather toy around with Tank Johnson and Pacman Jones than go seeking out a trade for a veteran QB to stem the tide while the Bengals draft one. Which, btw, knowing them they won't. The blind loyalty they show to Carson is beyond my comprehension. It's as though they're stuck in that mindset that everything is as it was just a second before that Steeler rolled in to his knee. SPOILER f***ING ALERT - IT ISN'T. Now I'm just assuming the worst all around. OchoCinco WILL be back, Marvin WILL be back, no significant upgrades will be made at any positions. I'm also sure they'll draft a safety with their first rounder instead of one of the plethora of potentially great QBs that will be coming out. The first year I watched football I became a Bengals fan the year before Peyton went to Indy. His rookie season is when I became a true Colts fan. If I hadn't found the Bengals first, I'd totally just jump allegiances and throw my hat in 100% with the Colts. My franchise is a freaking joke. [/quote] After reading that response, I really wanna give you a hug right now

I know most will think I'm stupid, but I wish we'd actually trade the first pick and just get more depth through the draft...I'd be more in favor of picking up someone like a Matt Flynn with a middle round pick and focusing elsewhere than to spend the amount of money it's gonna take with Luck...

According to Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com, the re-signing of coach Marvin Lewis "would seem to seal the departures" of Chad Ochocinco and Terrell Owens.

That had crossed my mind, but I changed my mind. I'd rather have Luck and build around a possible 10-15 year franchise QB. We've ducked and dodged our way around a young franchise QB long enough. We lucked out on Delhomme and thought we could do the same with Matt Moore, but it didn't work. I know what this team can do when there's a competent QB at the helm, offensive talent is there, they just need someone capable of running the show.

As long as the Eagles (more importantly Vick) don't win. Although I would really rather the Steelers not win it either. I will say Falcons beat the Patriots for a prediction Has to do with the whole dogfighting thing, doesn't it??? That doesn't help but not entirely. I always thought the guy was an over rate, egotistic jerk going back to before the Falcons drafted him. The whole way the prison stuff is played up to where its almost like a positive thing doesn't help to me either.

Don't know how valid it is, but I've read that Harbaugh is meeting with the 49ers tonight.
