Asked on the radio Wednesday his feelings about Bengals coach Marvin Lewis' return, Chad Ochocinco replied, "I have nothing to say about that."

I imagine that the Titans will likely go with the Giants'/Packers' model for preparing for their future. They will keep Collins around, have him start initially, but draft a QB for him to mentor for a year or two. That way they can be competitive and get their future QB established in their system so that they can cut down on the growing pains that having your franchise QB starting in his very first game comes with. Not every QB survives that fire.
Granted, I really hope that they don't do that so that the Colts have fewer headaches for a couple of years. Put all of those eggs in that basket, Titans!

Everybody who thinks the Titans should have kept Fisher you are aware that they had their best player all year and still finished 6-10 after starting last year 0-6 before they reinstated him as the starter? Fisher brought the Titans to their only Super Bowl. Vince Young didn't.

The NFL's blackout policy is arguably the biggest FU to fans in all of sports. Sorry that you can't afford to buy tickets to the game in a poor economy everyone. We'll show you our sympathy by not letting you see the game at all.
*thumbs up*

ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross has traveled to California to make an "urgent" pitch to Jim Harbaugh regarding Miami's head coaching job.
NFL Network's Jason La Canfora also passes along a report that Ross offered ESPN's John Gruden $7 million a year to replace Tony Sparano, but was turned down

I'm sorry but until it has been five full seasons and he is given a tan blazer and a bronze bust in Canton, I will not believe any of this nonesense about Bret farve being retired. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, well he tried to fool us three times so as far as I am concerned Bret farve is probabily still a Viking The point is Brett Favre is not the answer. Even if he did come back he wouldn't be able to be the long term answer. Oh no don't mistake me, I wish he had stayed retired after the 07-08 season. I just don't believe he is retired

From Adam Schefter's twitter: 49ers not officially out on Harbaugh, not yet anyway, but they're now prepared to move on. They won't compete financially with Fins.

Schefter cautions that San Francisco is not totally out of the hunt, but the Fins' offer is believed to be in the $7-8 million range. SI's Peter King calls that number "insane," and it would make Harbaugh the richest head coach in the NFL. The Niners are reportedly "ready to move on" if Harbaugh follows the cash. As of late Wednesday, Stephen Ross' Dolphins appeared to have emerged as the favorites to land the soon-to-be-former Stanford coach. Rotoworld

Fisher brought the Titans to their only Super Bowl. Vince Young didn't. Yeah 10 years ago. Vince Young hasnt been given a chance to guide this team for a couple seasons in a row without being jerked around by Fisher. His actions have caused some of that but Fisher hasnt been nearly as successful since McNair left, at least until Vince Young came to town. Collins helped lead them to a 13-3 year and followed that up with these 2 stinkers. Has Kerry Collins ever won ANY kind of championship? Did Fisher win the Super Bowl? I think I remember Vince Young winning a championship sometime.... and hes won a few games in the NFL....

So it's looking to be between Miami and San Fran, who'll throw more money at Harbaugh to lure him in? I think SF would be more desperate to get a big name coach like him than Miami.

Kerry Collins has a NFC Championship ring with the Giants, played in a Super Bowl and has taken two teams to the NFC Championship game.Winning one of them. More then Young has done in his NFL career.
