My favourite - Piper & Snuka going at it one last time in 2008.
And even though it wasn't asked - Sabu getting chokeslammed over the top through a table in 2007. His feet get caught up on, I believe, the metal framework therefore not touching the floor. He was robbed, I tell you!

Royal rumble 97 After eliminating owen, mero, savio and jesse james Austin's all alone in the ring, sitting on the turnbuckle waiting for the next entrant. *3, 2, 1, buzzer* Bret Hart's theme plays
Austin's reaction = priceless

Beth Phoenix in 2010, then promptly eliminating Great Khali with a kiss. Hope she come out in 2011 too, along with Natalya(a man can dream can't he?).

For me.... it's the entire 1992 Royal Rumble. This is my go to event in my collection when I'm bored because I NEVER tire of listening to Gorilla and the Brain on commentary through the entire thing.

When Ax and Smash were #1 and #2 and instead of waiting for the #3, they just beat each other up. Seconded.

Another for me is Jake bringing out Damien and Andre eliminating himself.
The 2008 Piper/Snuka showdown too is one of my favorites. That was so surreal.

1990 - Who would've though Hogan, Warrior and Tony Schiavone would all combine to create such a memorable moment. I remember watching this tape as a youngster and marking out when they square off.
1992 - Flair, man. Just Flair.
1997 - Austin's reaction when Bret Hart's theme plays.
2000 - Too Cool and Rikishi dance. Crowd goes insane.
2001 - Kane hits Honky Tonk with the guitar.
2002 - Hurricane double chokeslam attempt.
2007 - Ending sequence with 'Taker and Michaels.
2010 - Yeah, the CM Punk promo too.

Biggest "HOLY SHiT" Moment
2009: Big Show gets thrown over the top rope and manages to save himself by grabbing onto the top rope HBK-style. Looked like the rope was going to snap or the whole ring was going to tip over, but the big man managed to save his 450+ lb self on arm strength alone.

I remember watching a rumble where Lawler hid under the ring, and I completely forgot about him. So when he was finally discovered, I was like OMFG I FORGOT ABOUT HIM and marked like crazy.

"Oh no, not this guy!" "C'mon you S.O.B.! Bring it now!"

A couple that haven't been mentioned.
1998 - Austin's music hits. Everyone stops fighting and looks to the entranceway. Austin comes out of the crowd and attacks.
2001 - The Hardcore Royal Rumble.
2003 - Jericho attacks Shawn Michaels and makes him the first wrestler eliminated.

In 2008 (I think) John Morrison's music hits & whilst everyone else is fighting, you can see him in the background run out, stop, strike a pose, continue running.

-Paul 'Bunyan' London getting murderaped by a great American, Jean Snitsky.
-Stone Cold taking a rest, and getting an 'are you f***ing kidding me, THIS guy?' Look on his face when Jake the Snake's drunk, boated ass starts his way to the ring.
-Farooq calling Ahmed Johnson an Uncle Tom.
-Simon Dean doing calisthenics.
-Any of Scotty 2 Hotty's eliminations or Rumble misfortunes.
-Same for Spike Dudley.
-Santa Claus running through Nunzio and sending him across the whole ring.
-Lawler making fun of Tako Michinko getting hurt.
-Midgets and Sunny.
-Heidenreich hating caskets and loving Jean Snitsky.
Probably more.

On a personal level, just because of my love for the family, the 2009 Goldust/Cody moment was amazing.

Didn't R-Truth eliminate 2 big guys in one of the last rumbles?
But my all time favorite is from the 92 rumble where Kerry Von Erich came in and went right after Ric Flair. I was so excited because I knew of their past when Kerry was in WCCW and that Kerry beat him once for the nwa title .

when Kaientai keps running back in every few minutes in the 2000 rumble.
Drew Carey looking like he was about to piss himself when Kane's music hit, trying to pay off kane...then Raven saves him and drew leaves and yells out "YEAH YOU GET HIM BUDDY!!! SHOW KANE WHOS BOSS!!!" and quickly runs off
the commentary during the 92 rumble, so many great lines, and the brain just being such a turn coat during certain moments...like piper saves flair "oh thank god, piper im sorry for everything ive ever said about you...its not a skirt, its a kilt, its not a skirt" then about 5 seconds later piper starts attacking flair "WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU SKIRT WEARING FREAK!! ITS A SKIRT!! HES WEARING A SKIRT!!"

-I know it likely one of the most picked moments but Flair winning the belt has to be my absolute top moment.
-HBK skins the cat.
-Hart / Luger tie...yeah I know Lex sucked but I liked the ending.
-Punk's speach.
-Taker and Kane clear the ring
-Sarge wins the belt
