So many.
Everything CM Punk did this year.
Shawn Michaels landing on one foot in 1995. (I remember being upset about Bulldog not winning, as Im English, and was 5 at the time.)
Shawn doing it all again in 1996.
Austin vs McMahon in the 1999 Rumble. I watched that PPV a million times over. McMahon winning at the end pissed me off big time.
Mr Perfect coming back in 2002.
Batista winning in 2005. I was a big believer in Batista, and a huge Batista mark in 2004/2005. I liked Cena too, but Batista was the man.
Rey winning in 2006. Being 16, I had no problem with him doing it for Eddie, and I was glad to see a smaller guy get pushed into the main event, only to see it booked into oblivion.
Taker vs Shawn at 2007. JBL sold it to perfection.
Cenas return in 2008. Crowd went MAD.
Snuka vs Piper in 2008. Time and the match stopped.
The eternity it took Orton to get the fireworks point spot right, which to this day I feel is a reflection on a stupid and superficial looking spot.
The entire 2010 Rumble. An amazing blend of storytelling spanning so many angles.
-Two midcarders fighting each other for that shot at immortality as #1 and #2. -CM Punk's dominance and epic promo time. -Shawns desperation to fight the Undertaker, even at HHH's expense. -Edge's return.
There might be something Im forgetting, but it was a great Rumble.

the 2004 rumble match from beginning to end was a masterpiece and a half. the 2007 rumble was also incredible to watch, esp. with undertaker eliminating the seemingly ustoppable khali and then the epic ending with HBK. cena's return in 2008 was explosive as well.

Yokozuna eliminating Earthquake with a belly to belly suplex over the top rope. What an awesome visual that was!
Rick Martell FINALLY getting eliminated one year.

1994-1996 was the height of my markdom. I had the 95 and 96 Rumbles taped on VHS and would watch them all the time for my markout moments:
-Jake Roberts returning at the 96 Rumble. I was a huge Jake the Snake mark back in 90-91 and even liked him as a heel in late 91. Probably the first heel I thought was cool.
-Mo from Men on a Mission getting tossed out immediately by King Kong Bundy. I think it was just the way they had the camera set up with the quasi-aerial view of the ring from the rafters, so you saw him run out with Oscar and he's all pumped, and just runs right into Bundy who backflips him over the ropes.

Yokozuna eliminating Earthquake with a belly to belly suplex over the top rope. What an awesome visual that was! Rick Martell FINALLY getting eliminated one year. Something I missed from the earlier days of the non-title shot Rumbles. They'd always have a Rick Martel or a Greg Valentine last a really long time to make it seem like a dark horse had a real shot at winning.
