So I'm watching 2010's Rumble right now, and I realized that Punk's extended promo is one of my favorite Rumble moments of all time.
The entire thing is just awesome, but my favorite part was after he had GTS'd Beth. He's picking her up to throw her out when the countdown hits 1. He looks at the entrance ramp looking a bit nervous to see who's going to come out. It's Zack Ryder. Punk gets this HUGE grin on his face and dumps Beth out.
Zack gets into the ring, and Punk grabs a mic and goes "You have potential! I can save you! Do you want to become a part of the Straight Edge -" and then just whacks Zack in the head with the mic. I laughed SO hard the first time I saw that, and I'm laughing again now watching it again.
Anyway, that's one of my favorites. Tell me yours.

Maven eliminating the Undertaker. So unexpected and surreal, with JR's reaction only adding to the feeling. Even when I watch it today I get goosebumps.

Kane's 01 run.
Also, Kane picking up the Big Show and throwing/dropping him out of the ring.

Kane's 01 run in particular when he grabbed a trashcan and destroyed everyone in the ring, and Honky Tonk Man's elimination. There was also Kane and Taker clearing the ring, JR screaming "And now what?", and here comes Scotty 2 Hotty.
Hurricane in the 2002 Rumble.
Cena's return in 2008, I hadn't marked like that in years.

When Ax and Smash were #1 and #2 and instead of waiting for the #3, they just beat each other up.

-The Piper/Snuka showdown in 2008 is my all-time favorite.
-Diesel being the first guy to really clean house in 1994.
-Also in 1994, Bam Bam Bigelow being possibly the only man in the history of battle royals to press someone over his head and actually throw them over the top. Bonus points for it being Doink the Clown. Extra bonus points for Diesel and Crush simply letting Bam Bam into the ring to beat the crap out of Doink, then jumping him as soon as Doink was gone.
-Mr Perfect's return in 2002.
-The Cat's dance routine in 2005. The infamous "Somebody call my momma, somebody call my momma...c'mon JR, you're not even helpin' out!" call from Tazz.
-Ric Flair and Bob Backlund squaring off early in 1993.

Taka and Funaki in the 2000 Rumble.
They get thrown out, but Taka lands hard on face and Funaki keeps coming back and getting thrown out again. King kept on going on about Takas fall. It was slightly hilarious.

Daniel Puder getting the living you-know-what beat out of him by the stiffest workers on the roster.
Savage being a moron and eliminating himself from the 1992 Rumble
Tazz singing along with Ernest Miller's theme.
Maven Eliminating the Undertaker.
Matt and Jeff reuniting against UT in 2002.
Bushwhacker Butch (I think it was Butch) doing the Bushwhacker Walk down the ramp and into the ring, IMMEDIATELY getting thrown out, and doing the Bushwhacker Walk right back up the entrance ramp. (EDIT : Apparently, it was Luke.)
Really, though, the entirety of the 1992 and 2002 Rumbles. The two of them are so far above any of the others that it's ridiculous.

Kane eliminating Santino immediately after Santno enters.
Ans just before that Dolph Ziggler attempts to shake Kane's hand. Kane takes his hand and eliminates him.
Also, Cena's suprise entry at #30 at MSG in 2008. Completely screwed with the smarky crowds head.

Bushwhacker Butch (I think it was Butch) doing the Bushwhacker Walk down the ramp and into the ring, IMMEDIATELY getting thrown out, and doing the Bushwhacker Walk right back up the entrance ramp. (EDIT : Apparently, it was Luke.) -The Jerry Lawler entry in 1997 while he was calling the action. He gets up, takes off the crown, says "It takes a King...", removes the head-set, gets into the ring only to be met with a Bret Hart punch to go flipping over the top rope. Jerry comes back, tail between his legs, puts the head-set on, "...to know a King." King kept saying throughout the rest of the match how, "I hope I get in there to show these guys how its done." Vince had to keep "reminding" him that, "Uh King, I hate to say this, but you were already in there." Lawler's like "I was? When was this?" JR and his, "You're in Bushwacker Luke territory!" still makes me laugh to this day. (I guess he has more in common with Luke than Warlord, who used to be the standard for short eliminations.) -Jerry had another one in 1996 where he went to hide under the ring so he can sneak in near the end, but Jake Roberts had other ideas, and caused an elimination of the King with the snake. Lawler high-tailed it from the ring quick, fast and in a hurry. -Doug Gilbert taking a toss from Vader and landing on his head, the year he was the USWA's representative in the Royal Rumble. 1996 was a really weird group of entrants: Dory Funk Jr., Takao Omori, the Headhunters. -Drew Carey's #1 entrance in 2001 until he found out Kane was the next man. Drew was throwing all sorts of money at him to keep "the Big Red Machine" away until he was "saved" by the next man, Raven. Drew eliminated himself and ran from the ring in fear.

I came here to post these exact two things. I couldn't stop laughing at Luke continuing to do the bushwhacker strut throughout the whole thing as if nothing was happening.

Some of these have already been said but I will list mine anyway:
2008 - John Cena's surprise entrance at number 30. I just never saw it coming I have to be honest. Maybe makes me a gullible fool but it was a great moment
2007 - the back and fourth Shawn/Undertaker conclusion was as good as it gets
2005 - Mohammed Hassan getting ganged up on by absolutely everyone and thrown out
2002 - The Hurricane entering when both Triple H and Stone Cold are slugging it out and grabs them both by the throat for a double choke slam. Again - its the looks on their faces that makes it funny.
2001 - The Undertaker and Kane clear the ring and stand, hand on hips awaiting the next competitor. The look on Scotty 2 Hotty's face when he comes out is priceless.
2001 - Honky Tonk Man's surprise entrance and getting his guitar smashed over his head by Kane after singing. The shake of the head by Kane is superb.
2000 - Kaentai repeatedly getting eliminated and in particular Jerry Lawler mocking Taka's face splash on the floor. Its the way Jerry says "Boink" in the replay just as Taka's face bounces off the mat that makes me chuckle
1999 - It doesn't get much love this rumble but I really liked it when Austin commandeered the ambulance to get back in the Rumble.
1995 - the HBK one foot on the floor was just so well done - although he took a big risk of botching it up the way he kept teetering and flailing the other foot about. That's what made it though.
1993 - Giant Gonzales debut. We all know how it turned out - but when he first came in dwarfing the Undertaker it was an exciting moment.
1992 - Brilliant Rumble - but my favourite moment was when Flair had cleared the ring about half way through and did his legendary face first flop. Best flop ever. When Piper comes out immediately after that was also a good moment. 1990 - Warrior and Hogan square off one on one
