WHO from WWE have TNA taken and made into stars besides Matt Morgan and maybe The Pope (who looks to be headed for a major decline anyway)?

That sucks about Taylor Wilde. I enjoyed her ring work even if she was bland. I still liked watching her in action. Well I guess she can get more hours in her sunglasses kiosk and have the chance to make more money. Or get paid more through shimmer? I don't know really know how much indy that aren't in the top tier make.

Despite what people will tell you, he was a star before going to TNA. Haha. You've got to admit. TNA gave him a chance to show more personality and to be taken more seriously as a character. Did they "make him a star"? No, not really. But I think they allowed him the space creatively to flush out the character we see now.

Other than Christian's short run as the faux new people's champion, the F/E gave him very little chance to develop his character traits when compared to the chance TNA gave him.

Despite what people will tell you, he was a star before going to TNA. Yes, but his work in TNA showed him to be Main-Eventer he should be, as opposed to the perennial upper mid-carder he'd been with the 'E. Mind, TNA helped alot, but Christian made Christian a star. Magnetic stuff.

Oh I agree, infact Christian's TNA run was probably my favourite out of the WWE guys. But I don't think they can claim to have "made" him.

I loved Christian in TNA so much. As much as I enjoy watching him have solid matches every week now (or well, before the injury), I miss his mic work from WWE05 and TNA. He doesnt do much more than crack a joke every once in a while now, and doesnt show(or get to show, who knows) how good he is. I legitimately thought he was the best overall performer in the world in 2007 when he led Christian's Coalition and had his 2nd run with the NWA World Title.

Christian has to be the ONLY guy that TNA ran with that WWE let go..
I feel bad for them. I have no idea why they don't want to create more home grown talent. Why are they doing the exact same thing that WCW did?
I don't understand at all..it's mind boggling.

Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Eddie Guerrero, Saturn, Chris Jericho, Goldberg, Brian Pillman, etc.
All of those guys were WCW "cast-offs" and brought into the WWE with a lot of hype (the Radicals as a group) and didn't need being built up from the ground.
But hey...when WCW did it, they were getting guys with no talent...(or not...considering they got most of the WWF's top stars.)

Plus, the whole wrestling business pretty much worships Vince and gives WWE a pass on anything and everything, declaring whatever they do to be the best for business, just because. So, the only way to do things is to be more like WWE, even though everyone knows you can't capture the majority of people that know about WWE...EVER.

Yeah, cause WWE hasn't done this... ever . MVP and Carlito would be good acquisitions... Done what? Wasted money? WWE have wasted money hundreds of times, I don't know where you're getting at. By you guys' logic, everybody should just retire when they get released by WWE. That's dumb.

I'd love for Taylor WIlde and Sarita to "tag team" me and "show me their moves", which ends with Taylor backing up that ass and Sarita riding that pony as she does that little Latin dance of hers.
I'm sorry: what exactly were we talking about?

And don't forget that the driving force behind the biggest boom period in wrestling and arguably the biggest star in wrestling history was a guy who WCW let go because they saw him as a midcarder who'd never really amount to anything.

Actually - I was just asking what you were referring to. You said "WWE has never done this?" And I wanted to know what it was. You know what's dumb and lazy? Taking a guy from WWE, introducing him to a new fan base with no character development whatsoever. That's lazy as hell man. I think if they brought in guys like Anderson or RVD and actually put some EFFORT into creating new personas, then they would be well received and not considered WWE castaways.

Matt is going to do so many "REACTION" style promos, with his face all close to the unfocused wobbly camera. No thank you, TNA. Just another reason not to watch.

What's sad is they really think Matt's going to be a draw in TNA and make a huge difference on the business. And it won't happen. If the likes of Flair, Hogan & Angle don't make a difference then what is Matt going to do?

Matt wouldn't be an awful signing by any means, but he isn't going to be turning heads either. He's still over with the live crowds though, for some odd reason.
