The creation of Mideon. While I ultimately loved The Ministry, this was one of those defniite moments. First we had the image of the poor guy chained up and pleading for help, only to have the Acolytes throw him into a room with a strange light emanating from it. Then we had the Undertaker slitting his own wrist and pouring the blood down his throat. I might add that as much as that angle with the Dudleyz putting Mae Young through a table disturbed me, it did ultimately bring us Trish Stratus polishing a table in lingerie, so I suppose its all aces in the end.

For me it's Owen Hart attacking a young fan/comedian (I think his name was Jason Sensation) and then putting him in the sharpshooter. This was back when Owen was in the NOD and even they had to come out and pry Owen off the kid.
For someone who was a nice as Owen was in real life, seeing that is damn creepy.

Triple H taking out Shawn Michaels in 2002. The best part was his reaction, and a big grin just broke across his face at the reveal.
Also Big Show picking up Rey Mysterio (whilst on the stretcher) and swinging him into the ring post.

Also Vince had one when Eugene accidentially split tea on him during the weeks before the hair vs hair match against Trump. Vince responded by putting him in a match against Umaga who annihilaited him. He then forcefully had Eugene strapped into a chair and shaved him bald. Screaming at him and slapping his face. And Eugene couldn't do anything.
I miss the days where if something heinous was going on, someone even a random jobber would came out and try to put a stop to it.

When the Dudley Boyz put Mae Young through a table off the entry stage. Actually what bugged me most about it was how the audience went nuts for it. Shows how bloodthirsty fans were at the time. The fans of that era were a strange mix of awesome and horrible. They were awesome because they were always pumped up. But when Jake Roberts slapped Elizabeth, the crowd seethed with real anger. The Dudleys, the Rock, Stone Cold, etc routinely pummeled women, they got massive pops. yeah Jake slapping Elizabeth is always the first one i think of whenever someone mentions a topic like this. some moments are dastardly, some are just "wow", but imo this moment was just epic. warrior in a casket is a close second, it got me back into wrestling again.

-Austin and Triple H Destroying Lita
-Vince making Trish bark like a dog
-Big Show swinging Mysterio into the ring post while he's strapped to a stretcher
-The Rock's Headshot's to Mick Foley in the Last man Standing match.
-Mae Young through a table
-JBL's chair shot to Eddie Guerrero (and the blade job after)
-Kane setting Casket on fire while undertaker is inside.
-Shane knocking Kane into a burning dumpster.

Orton DDT'ing Stephanie while Hunter was handcuffed to the corner of the ring....then kissing her right in front of him.

The funny part is that this lead to Undertaker actually turning face. Jake Roberts was *too evil* for a satan-worshipping zombie.

Tiegate. I'm surprised Justin Roberts can still wear one after that. Actually, Nexus Riot as a whole, but mainly this and Sheffield flipping the table on Lawler.

Didn't Vince once order Umaga to completely destroy some jobber even going so far as saying "Break his damn neck!!" I know he ordered the Spirit Squad to do it to HHH on the night DX came back. Didn't they gang up on HBK a lot during '06? I remember them f***ing up his knee. For a bunch of "silly" cheerleaders, they did damage. Also, in the early days of Umaga's reign of terror, when Eric Bischoff ordered him to have a match w/ Maria, ending w/ her getting Samoan dropped and the butt crush in the corner. In my mind, that moment got three people heat: Bischoff, Umaga, and Coachman, who practically dragged a horrified Maria to the ring and SHOVED her into Umaga.

-The Rock going apes*** on Mick Foley with a chair, followed by standing over his beaten corpse at the '99 Royal Rumble. This became really hard to watch for me when that documentary (Beyond the Mat) covered Micks wife's reaction.

I dont think this has been mentioned yet, but I remember in February of 2003 Jericho put Stacy Keibler in the walls of Jericho and didnt let go for like 3 minutes. That was pretty uncomfortable to watch. The Jake/Liz incident at Tuesday at Texas was a moment that I wanted to personally punch Jake in the mouth. Very, very uncomfortable to watch and the crowd was angry as hell.

Most of the ones that come to my mind have been mentioned. Here's a couple more to add to the list. One that's recent and one that's not so much.
In the Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels feud, when Jericho threw Shawn's face into the Jeritron and then later slapped his wife. That whole feud was really Jericho's apex as a heel.
Also, this is a bit of an obscure one but I remember being fairly traumatized by it. Shortly after the '93 Royal Rumble, Yokozuna faced Jim Duggan on Superstars. Yoko dared Duggan to try to knock him off his feet. Which would make him the 2nd person to do so after Savage at the Rumble, something that confused the hell out of me when I was younger because I didn't see the Rumble until much later, so I thought Hacksaw was the first for many years. Duggan does the three point stance charge and has no luck the first two time. The third time Yoko takes a swing at him, Duggan ducks it and hits the shoulderblock finally knocking the big man down. Great moment.
Yoko then takes some his salt (and he may also have used the bucket itself as a weapon, memory's a little fuzzy on that) and takes Hacksaw down for the DQ. Then he proceeds to give Duggan FOUR Banzai Drops and has to be pulled off of Duggan on the last one one. He also drapes the American flag over Jim for the last one. Duggan had blood oozing out of his mouth and was carted away on a stretcher to make for a fairly horrifying visual.
Edit: A quick trip to youtube clarified a few details. Also, I had forgotten about the final image of the American Flag crumpled up in the empty ring after Duggan was stretchered out.

Another Diva one: LayCool's going away party for Mickie, specifically the ending, when LayCool and Beth Phoenix gang up on Mickie. Layla and Beth hold her down and McCool does the slow build to shoving the cake in Mickie's face. It was just her mannerisms that made her seem so evil.
