We all know that there are moments when the villain is shown to be so messed up that we can only go "dude, that is f***ed up" and just squirm. What moments have there been in the WWE that established a heel as a complete monster?
For me it's something that can be summed up by four words.
CM PUNK. HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

I still don't get what was bad about the Happy Birthday thing, honestly. A dick move, sure, but not like he showed up outside the kid's school and did it or something.
Anyway, Big Boss Man, basically the whole of 1999.

Vince/Stephanie No Mercy 2003.
Even for Vince that's just pure evil.

Vader attacking Gorrilla Monsoon when he debuted. Nothing like this happened very often at the time.

CM Punk creepily ruining a little girl's birthday may be par for the course these days, but compare it to Jake Roberts attacking Randy Savage...and then siccing a King Cobra on him. THAT's a monster for you.
Also, Undertaker locking Ultimate Warrior in an air-tight coffin. Seriously, they used to kick off feuds with attempted murder on Superstars.

When the Dudley Boyz put Mae Young through a table off the entry stage. Actually what bugged me most about it was how the audience went nuts for it. Shows how bloodthirsty fans were at the time.

Jake The Snake unleashing a cobra on Savage wouldnt have looked out of place in the Attitude Era, that was absolutely brutal.

The fans of that era were a strange mix of awesome and horrible. They were awesome because they were always pumped up. But when Jake Roberts slapped Elizabeth, the crowd seethed with real anger. The Dudleys, the Rock, Stone Cold, etc routinely pummeled women, they got massive pops.

Don't forget Jake's promo after he slapped Elizabeth:
"Let me touch her again."
Even after the Attitude Era that's still pretty creepy.

I've only started watching early in this year, so my perspective is a bit limited.
But I have to say, the two (well, technically three) moments that had me squirming a bit were from Drew McIntyre and the Miz. They're two of my absolute favourite wrestlers, and these bits were amazing, but just not nice.
For Drew, it was when he humiliated Teddy Long. Teddy just looked so... sad and old.
The Miz- the Daniel Bryan beat down and his latest match with Lawler and how he attacked him after. Maybe this is on a more minor scale compared with other things, but I don't care. Both were drawn-out and fantastically uncomfortable to watch. Miz was just so arrogant, and he looked like he so enjoyed it.

Anyway, Big Boss Man, basically the whole of 1999. Some of the crap he was involved in made me turn off the TV a few times.

JBL killing Hornswoggle while Finlay is handcuffed to the ropes. Yeah I agree That one was one heck of an effective scene. Especially when it seemed the comedic relief leprechaun, Hornswoggle, was untouchable for so long. Then Wham. Everything went a direction into the surprisingly shocking, cause it looked like JBL was abusing a child in front of his father. Finlay's horrified reaction was very believable. .. Dudleyz putting Mae Young through a table was a complete monster moment, if only they didn't get face reactions for it. === Oh and I got another one. Randy Orton handcuffing HHH to the ring and making him watch as he assaulted and had his way with Stephanie. Also I think, attacking HHH too, with his own sledgehammer (maybe?). And that creepy kiss. Did he punt Stephanie or HHH too? I don't remember. I vaguely remember someone being carted off in a stretcher to end the night. Now that is the psycho Orton I liked. The peak of Evil Orton's era.

Kane after wrapping a chair around Shawn's throat, leaps from the turnbuckle and stomps his foot onto it. This results in Shawn coughing up massive amounts of blood.

I'd think of Brock Lesnar beating up Zack Gowen, Triple H beating up William Regal, Lesnar beating up Hogan, Michaels getting backdropped on the casket, Trips beating up Michaels post-match Summerslam 2002, Undertaker getting chokeslammed on his mother's bones...
