I don't know if crowning your first Champion without some kind of tournament is a good idea. I'm sure it'll come down to "Wrestler A, Wrestler B, Wrestler C, and Wrestler D" all getting the same number of votes, and having a little mini-tourney or something for it. |

Look at these lines in the blog
I need the people who know the roster best to select who will compete for this prize.The men and women that comprise the full-time CHIKARA roster will choose who will compete for this prestigious, historic championship title.
They're not going to give the title away to the top vote getter. It'll probably be the top 4 or 8 vote getters & they'll be put in a tournament.

Personally, I think the first champion either has to be Eddie Kingston or Hallowicked. Honestly, any of the surviving members of the first class of the Wrestlefactory would work for me.
