A few months ago they had the SNME DVD along with others on WWEShop for $9.99.

Okay, I've been meaning to ask a question for a while. I see some videos on YouTube of people showing off their collection and some say that they get some stuff from iOffer or such. Can that site be trusted? I see some stuff on there that seem tempting, but I don't know I can trust that site.

The only problem with Ioffer is that a lot of the stuff they sell are bootleg copies (i ordered a laugh in dvd box set and it turned out to be a bootleg copy), so be sure to read the fine print.

I'm looking for somebody to pretty much take over the TNA DVD section on wwedvdnews.com writing reviews and perhaps also news updates on release dates/covers etc. Not because I can't be bothered but because WWE is my strong point and those articles take up ALL of my time. It'd be well suited for somebody who's up to date with TNA, keeping up with or collecting all the DVD titles and importantly a good writer too. Figured I'd ask around first before making some announcement about it. ToyfareMark, you seem to have a lot to say (in a good way and looks like you're a fan of the site already, so might it be something you'd be interested in doing? Just a thought.

Actually, I wouldn't mind that they are bootlegs, as long as the quality is decent enough. I, too, noticed the stuff they have up like compete years of Raw, Smackdown, ECW, even PPV anthologies as well.

Looking forward to the release of Best of Raw 2010 tomorrow! Really curious to see how they've done it and how comparable it will be to the SD set they released earlier. While Raw might have been better overall, I think that the SD yet really is stellar and it'll be hard to beat.

OK, got two questions for the thread.
I only have three PPVs from 2010 on DVD - Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber and Wrestlemania. Are there any other PPVs that are "must gets"? I ask since I'm leaning toward getting Best of RAW tomorrow, maybe Best of SmackDown and I'd like some PPVs to go with.
Also, I had a thought, probably not an original one, but I think an interesting one - anyone think the WWE might ever consider doing a DVD On Demand service? Would be a great way to open up the archives, get revenue for Vince and work around "objectionable material" like Benoit. Say, a DVD that had the Superstars/Wrestling Challenge for one week or a Prime Time. Also be a way to get the WCW library out for WCW Saturday Night.
Thoughts?

Money in the Bank. Hell in a Cell, despite the terrible Taker/Kane match, I thought Bragging rights was pretty good too. To answer your second question. WWE has considered this, they have sent out surveys asking if people would like customized DVD's. This was awhile back though, so I don't think anything has come of it. I think WWE likes the fact that there is a thriving collectors community out there for their DVD's. The fact that they work with wwedvdnews.com is a good indication of that. I could see them doing it someday, but with limited options.

I'd advise getting Extreme Rules, Money in the Bank and TLC. All of those shows were pretty damn good. Hell in a Cell is fairly nice as well, but I might be impartial to it because I was there.

Please keep the PPV recommendations coming, but one more thing: I know Rumble, Mania and SSlam got blu-ray releases. Did Survivor Series or any other PPVs get the blu treatment last year?

Was going to get some stuff tomorrow, but maybe just wait a week and see what I can find when the Blus go wide. Question: is it me or has shelf space for pro wrestling DVDs really been reduced? Used to have at least a small section at my local Wally World, now down to four shelves and that's it. It's hard to even find some of the DVDs after a month or so and, like it or not, I have to vote with my wallet when I can afford to get the goodies.

Upcoming Wrestlemania DVD set looks really interesting, from the trailer they showed in the arena today. I did recognize many of the interview clips (or at least, the information in the snippets) from Wrestlemania All Day Long, but it looks like it could be a really worthwhile set.

^ So was the DVD referred to as "The Wrestlemania Story" or "The True Story of Wrestlemania"? This is a video/trailer I need to see . I assume it didn't air on the RAW TV broadcast? Not had chance to watch the show yet.

And given the DVD is three discs long (540 min, 9 hrs), the idea of getting an updated Wrestlemania All Day is a day of sale buy for me. Strange as it may sound, how many people would buy if no matches or just clips of matches were included?
