Apparently Drew is the only one who returned the call.

If Koko B. Ware can get in the regular HOF, Drew Carey can get into the celebrity cameo HOF. I've no problem with it.

Might as well induct Carol Brady, Cheech and Chong, and the girl from Modern Family.

This rivals James Dudley as worst induction ever. Actually, this is probably the worst one ever. 5 minutes of standing in a Royal Rumble is HOF? At least Dudley was a DC area promoter and a Vincent J McMahon ally who was some importance to the business.

I loved Drew's appearance in the 2001 Royal Rumble, but that doesn't mean I want to see him inducted into the Hall of Fame. As mentioned already, there are loads of celebrities who deserve that spot more.

I guess its not that big of a deal....but I'm watching the HOF from last year. THe prestige and honor that go along with it....the music, the crowd's support. It just doesn't seem right. Kind of a slap in the face to those who deserve it. Other celebs who's participation became part of the company history... Eucker, Rose, Fridge....Carey just doesn't belong AT ALL.
I could name a ton of celebes who should be in there. Donald Trump, Cyndi Lauper, LT, Ali, Liberace and Ray Charles (posthumous inductions), Mr T, Kaufmann, Aretha Franklin, Floyd Mayweather, Regis, Run DMC, etc. would all be better fits. You can't say Drew Carey is the only one who would be inducted.

Okay, Drew Carey being in the WWE Hall of Fame does that make any sense. He had no impact on the business, and a spot like that could've gone to someone important like Rick Rude or Jake Roberts. Like others mentioned, there are other celebrities who are more deserving than Drew Carey.

If you had told me to guess who would be the celebrity inductee to the Hall of Fame this year, I'd have asked for a hint.
If the hint you'd given me had been "The Price is Right," I still wouldn't have guessed Drew Carey first.

What's the reasoning for a celebrity wing of the WWE HOF anyway? They had as many stars of yesteryear and USA network shows as guest hosts last year, the "star power" has shown for the most part it doesn't work.

Couldnt they at least get tiny lister? He actually wrestled at multiple ppvs! He also has cult classics like Friday and blockbusters like The Dark Knight to his name that they could tout. AND I COULD FINALLY GET MY NO HOLDS BARRED DVD OUT OF IT!

Might as well induct Carol Brady, Cheech and Chong, and the girl from Modern Family. Personally I can't wait for Al Sharpton's and Verne Troyer's inductions

No one should be angry at the "low merits" for Vince McMahon's fake Hall of Fame.
