They've had the inductees reported for months, they're just saying they will be announced next week. I see. So there is one week left before Mania and one wrestler/team has still not been announced. I am just thinking that it was obvious who would be announced next week if you had read the reported inductees. |

I hope they go back to how they used to do the hall of fame, where they had someone come out give their speech and sit on the stage while everyone else went. I dunno why, I always thought that was cool

Does anyone think the fans will BOO Drew Carey? If they do I'm sure we'll get reports on it. But anyone not attending the event live will never hear it. There are very few celebs I'd consider inducting (Mr T, Cyndi Lauper, Donald Trump, Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali) and it sucks that they chose a lesser celeb, but what worries me is that this is the second consecutive year they've inducted a celeb. Before it was every couple of years or so. Is this to become the norm? I get that Drew Carey was the only celeb to participate in the Royal Rumble match, but it's not really that big of a moment. Perhaps it should have been or could have been with another celeb, but it just isn't. Also the smaller the class, the more the celeb induction sticks out. With USA not airing the HoF right after it happens on that Saturday, maybe this will happen again next year and they'll increase the size of the classes as there will be more time to edit for the broadcast on Monday? At this time though, let me be the first to call Pamela Anderson being inducted next year.  |

So will the ceremony be shown live on WWE.com? I remember they've done that in the past. I know it's gonna be on USA the night after Wrestlemania, but I'm sure that will be 99% Shawn, and short clips of everyone else.

WWE.com didn't air last years ceremony from what I remember and I haven't heard anything about that changing this year. I suspect the majority of the television time will be given to Michaels but I wouldn't be surprised if another induction co-headlines that hour. EDIT: And Zen411, I just remembered that Drew would be appearing at Wrestlemania during their HoF segment on the show, so maybe he will get booed and we'll hear it. |
