SVR2011: Jerry Lawler telling me how Drew feels kids today are too complacent with their social networking tools and how some day they'll all be working for him.

I was laughing the entire way through.

On HCTP when you get teamed up with a wrestler you don't really like and he tries to get you to read his book.
I lol'd especially when it was Kane who wrote the book.

Judging a Divas bikini contest, only the Divas would wear their standard attire, not actual bikinis.
I always thought it sucked balls that you couldn't edit Superstar attire like you could in WM2000/No Mercy.

Anyone remember hearing that voice message with John Cena on 24/7 mode on Smackdown vs Raw 2008 that sounded like Cena was asking one of the THQ employees if that was ok or not at the end of the message? Oh I remember that! I always wondered why THQ left that in Because 08 was the most half-assed game of the series?

I love this thread so much. These games have so much random crap in them it's ridiculous.

Vs Undertaker made me lol so hard when I played it. Cena: ...seeing ghosts, caskets... CAW: Oh! I don't see caskets anymore! Cena: Oh that's....good... Just the fact that the CAW seems so elated by the fact that he doesn't see imaginary caskets anymore and Cena's reaction had me burst out laughing

Some other examples that come to mind, Miz walking through Paul Bearer and Kane's weird, nonsense speeches. The urn floating into the air and exploding's another good one, to say nothing of what comes from the explosion. Oh, and that week where Stephanie's replaced by a mystery GM who never contributes to the storyline and isn't revealed. Don't know what the deal with that was.

Especially since Steph makes it a point to say that I'll "meet him soon enough"
Which I think is a preview of what'll happen with the current GM storyline.
Also, I love how much of a bastard Miz was that whole RTWM. Especially during the final stage, where he shouts "dead man walking!" when you pass by him.

This isn't really Smackdown game related, but...
I just found out Sheamus plays God of War...
As if I couldn't love this man any more... ;D
I love the comparison he makes between his and Kratos' skin tone, lol.

What'd be really awesome is if Triple H met the same fate your character does if you lose to Taker.

WWF New York Restaurant was in the basement of the arena in Smackdown 2. That always made me laugh! I love it, because the entirety of the backstage arena and outside is based off MSG and NYC. The idea of having WWF NY in the basement of MSG is gold!

Something that was a complete fluke turned out to be awesome.
Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth season mode. Stone Cold (me) and Big Show vs nWo (Kevin Nash & X-Pac)
Big Show gets in the ring, goes over to me and Nash who trading strikes. He grabs me and gives me a big chop and walks out the ring. Nash pins me. Cutscene after shows Big Show joining the nWo.
As far as I know it was a massive fluke that he attacked me and I was pinned but it was just awesome!

The week where Druids are everywhere in the Vs Undertaker RTWM. That was all just so messed up. The camera angles tilting made my head spin.

I was wondering, but did anybody, after a while, start memorizing the commentary in the games? I kind of did because it seemed like the same thing was said, but the thing that annoyed me about the commentary in past games was that when it got to a point when the commentators started talking about the wrestlers, the dialogue stopped when someone pulled off a move.
Also, did anybody notice that the commentary in SvR2007 was pretty much the exact same commentary in 2006, except with a few minor changes and maybe some commentary added to the other wrestlers who weren't in 2006?
